The creation of BQUQ, an armored cow, did not have such a grand narrative. It began with countless anxious nights for an engineer. When a perfect product design drawing could not be assembled because of the excessive size of the outsourced CNC machining parts; when the production line was frequently alarmed because of the elastic decline of a batch of electronic springs; when the production schedule was repeatedly delayed due to the burr problem of the stamping parts... We realized that the biggest pain in this industry was not the technology itself, but the uncertainty of delivery.
And so, the Armored Cow was born. Our mission is clear and simple: let customers hand over their products to us, just two words, rest assured.
This "rest assured" is not a slogan. In the armored cow, it is dismantled into countless specific standards: in the CNC machining workshop, we introduce high-precision equipment to control tolerances within the range that others consider "unnecessary"; in the spring production line, we establish files for each batch of wire to ensure that the elastic life curve is stable; in the stamping department, every time the die is closed, it must produce a qualified product with smooth edges and no collapse and no cracking. In the heat sink process, we optimize the shovel tooth and reflow soldering technology to improve the 1% thermal conductivity.
