Q: What is the maximum range and accuracy you can process?

List of commonly used materials for CNC machining
Aluminum alloy (lightweight, good heat dissipation)
· AL6061: The most versatility, good processability, can be anodized. Uses: robot joint shell, equipment panel, tooling fixture.
· AL7075: Strength comparable to steel, but lighter. Use: Drone structural parts, high-strength robotic arm connectors.
· AL5052: good corrosion resistance. Application: electronic equipment chassis, panel.
Stainless steel (high strength and corrosion resistance)
· SUS304: Most commonly used, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant. Uses: food equipment parts, medical apparatus shells, sensor seats.
· SUS316: stronger acid and alkali resistance. Uses: semiconductor equipment parts, chemical environmental structural parts.
· SUS303: easy to cut, suitable for mass production of small parts. Uses: precision shafts, fasteners, connector parts.
Carbon steel/alloy steel (high strength and wear resistance)
