Product details

This is the Stainless Steel Stamped Corner Brackets Collection from BQUQ, a 20-year precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. You get corner brackets punched from 304 or 430 stainless steel with a flatness tolerance of ±0.05mm, edge runout under 0.03mm, and surface finish at Ra 0.8. Every bracket is ready to ship in 7 days, and we accept orders with no MOQ because we run our own CNC machining and stamping lines in-house.

How We Hold ±0.05mm Tolerance on a Stamped Part

Stamping normally drifts, but we do not let it. Our 250-ton high-speed presses run at 80 strokes per minute with a die clearance set to 5% of material thickness. We use a progressive die with six stations, so each bracket is formed, pierced, and cut in one pass. The die is ground on a CNC surface grinder, and we re-check it after every 10,000 hits. That is how we keep hole-to-hole spacing at ±0.05mm and corner radius at R0.5 without secondary machining.

Material Grades and Hardness You Can Rely On

We stock two stainless grades for this collection. First is 304 stainless (1.4301), which gives you corrosion resistance for outdoor enclosures and food equipment. Second is 430 stainless (1.4016), a ferritic grade with better magnetic properties for electrical housings. We can also run 316L for marine use, but that adds 3 days to lead time. After stamping, we heat-treat brackets to 45 HRC when you need wear resistance on sliding surfaces. For standard loads, we leave them at 20 HRC as-rolled, which saves cost.

Surface Finish and Edge Quality After Stamping

Raw stamped edges have micro-tears. We eliminate them with a vibratory deburring process that runs for 40 minutes per batch. This gets us to Ra 0.8 on the flat surfaces and removes all burrs above 0.05mm. If you need a mirror finish for visible brackets, we add electropolishing, which brings Ra down to 0.4. The passivation step follows, so the brackets pass a 500-hour salt spray test per ASTM B117. You get clean edges and a uniform surface, not a rough stamping.

Inspection Before Every Shipment: CMM and Hardness Testing

Every batch of the Stainless Steel Stamped Corner Brackets Collection goes through a three-stage check. First, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) checks 12 critical dimensions on the first article and then every 50th piece. Second, a Rockwell hardness tester verifies that the heat-treated brackets hit 45 HRC ±2. Third, we run a visual inspection under 2x magnification for surface scratches or die marks. We send you a full inspection report with the packing list. If any part fails, we sort the whole batch and re-run it, so you never receive mixed quality.

Custom Hole Patterns and Bracket Sizes Without Tooling Fees

Our standard collection covers 10 sizes from 20mm x 20mm to 100mm x 100mm, with thickness from 0.8mm to 3.0mm. But we know your design is not standard. Send us your drawing, and we modify the die inserts for your hole pattern, slot length, or corner cutouts. Because we machine our own die inserts on CNC wire-cut EDM, there is no tooling fee for custom patterns under 50mm. You just pay for the parts. This is what precision manufacturing with no MOQ means: we run 50 pieces or 50,000 pieces at the same per-unit cost for tooling.

Lead Time and Batch Consistency for Production Runs

Our standard lead time for the collection is 7 days for up to 5,000 pieces. For larger orders, we add 3 days. We keep 20 tons of 304 and 430 stainless coils in our warehouse, so we never wait for material. The stamping press runs 24/7, and we change dies in 30 minutes. This lets us guarantee that a repeat order has the same dimensions as your first batch. We track every die with a serial number, and we re-certify the die after every 50,000 hits. Your second order matches your first, exactly.

Why You Should Not Use Laser-Cut Brackets for Structural Corners

Laser cutting leaves a heat-affected zone that softens the steel and warps thin sheets. Stamping, in contrast, cold-works the material, which increases strength at the bend lines. Our stamped brackets hold a 90° angle within 0.5°, and the bend radius is consistent across every piece. If your application holds a load or aligns two panels, stamped brackets are the right choice. For a deeper comparison of tooling and tolerances, see our CNC cutting tool selection guide and our CNC machining tolerances guide.

Packing and Protection for Global Shipping

We ship brackets in corrugated cartons with individual slot dividers, so the edges do not rub against each other. Each carton holds up to 20 kg, and we seal them with moisture-barrier bags. For sea freight, we add desiccant packs and a wooden pallet with export-grade fumigation marks. If you order 10,000 pieces, we split them into four cartons so you can distribute them to different assembly lines without re-sorting. The outer label includes the batch number, material grade, and heat-treat status, so your receiving team knows exactly what is inside.

Pricing for Small Batches and Prototype Validation

We price per piece based on material thickness and quantity. For a 50mm x 50mm bracket in 1.5mm 304 stainless, the unit price is $0.18 for 1,000 pieces and $0.12 for 10,000 pieces. Prototype runs of 10 pieces cost $45 total, which covers die setup and inspection. We do not charge a separate tooling fee for standard sizes. Our quote is firm for 30 days, and we offer a 5% discount for repeat orders within 90 days. Made in China does not mean low quality here; it means low cost with the same CMM inspection you get from a German shop.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom corner brackets?

We have no MOQ; you can order a single prototype piece and we will run it through the same stamping and inspection process as a bulk order.

Can you match my existing hole pattern or add a slot?

Yes, send us your drawing, and we will modify our die inserts on CNC wire-cut EDM to match your exact hole pattern, slot, or cutout without any tooling fee for patterns under 50mm.

How do you guarantee the dimensional accuracy of a stamped part?

We use a CMM to check 12 critical dimensions on the first article and then every 50th piece, plus a Rockwell hardness test on every heat-treated batch, and we send you the report.

What is the lead time if I need a rush order?

Standard lead time is 7 days, but for up to 1,000 pieces we can ship in 4 days if our press line has a slot open; just ask us when you send your inquiry.
