Opening

Your AI server chassis design is only as good as the mounting parts that hold it together. We make those parts to your exact drawing. No guesswork. No off-the-shelf substitutions.

Every stamped part is verified before shipment. You get dimensional reports, material certs, and surface finish checks. We do not ship parts we would not install ourselves.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical stamped features
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ—order 10 pieces or 100,000 pieces
  • Materials: SGCC, SECC, SPCC, SUS304, SUS430, aluminum 5052, 6061
  • Processes: stamping, bending, tapping, countersinking, deburring, passivation

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years of experience. CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof.

Precision Stamped Mounting Plates & Flanges

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique lot number. We track material heat numbers, press settings, and inspection results from coil to carton. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact shift and press. You get full traceability without asking.

2. Inspection report per batch We send a dimensional inspection report with every shipment. Critical features are measured with CMM and optical comparators. You do not need to re-inspect every part. Our report matches your drawing. If it does not, we fix it before shipping.

3. One factory for stamping, CNC, springs, and heat sinks Your AI server chassis needs more than stamped brackets. You need spring clips, CNC-machined rails, and heat sink mounting plates. We make all of them in one factory. One purchase order. One quality system. No coordination headaches between suppliers. This is custom metal stamping done right.

Where These Parts Are Used

Our stamped mounting parts go into AI server chassis for data centers, edge computing, and high-performance computing clusters.

  • Motherboard mounting brackets – stamped from SGCC, zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, with PEM nuts for secure board mounting
  • Drive cage dividers – 1.2 mm SECC, formed with stiffening ribs to prevent vibration at high fan speeds
  • PCIe card retention clips – spring-tempered SUS301, precise bending for consistent insertion force
  • Heat sink mounting plates – aluminum 5052, stamped with through-holes and tapped threads, anodized for thermal performance
  • Power supply bracket assemblies – 1.5 mm SPCC, welded and powder-coated, with captive screws for tool-less installation

These parts are made in China, but they meet global standards. We ship to server OEMs, ODMs, and system integrators in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run prototype orders of 10 pieces and production orders of 100,000 pieces. Tooling cost is quoted separately for new parts. For existing tools, you pay only for parts.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We perform first article inspection on the first piece of every batch. Critical dimensions are checked with CMM. In-process checks happen every 2 hours. Final inspection covers 100% of visual defects and AQL sampling for dimensions. You get the inspection report with the shipment.

Q: What is your lead time for stamped parts? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after tooling approval. Production: 15–20 days after order confirmation. For repeat orders with existing tools, we can ship in 10–15 days. Urgent orders can be expedited at a small surcharge.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a material certificate from the mill, plus our own incoming inspection report. For stainless steel and aluminum, we also provide chemical composition and mechanical property data.
