Opening

Your drawing is the starting point. We turn it into a stamped part that meets your tolerance stack-up, flatness spec, and surface finish—verified before shipment.

This collection covers mounting plates, flanges, and brackets produced on high-speed presses and CNC-controlled stamping lines. We do not sell off-the-shelf blanks. Every piece is made to your print.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical features (holes, edges, bend lines)
  • Lead time: 10–15 working days for prototypes, 20–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: order 50 pieces or 500,000 pieces
  • Material thickness: 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm
  • Batch traceability: full material heat number and process log per lot

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique job number. We record the coil heat number, press settings, tool wear checks, and operator ID. If a part fails in your line, we trace it back to the exact shift and machine within 24 hours. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with CMM data for critical features, hardness test results, and surface roughness readings. We do not ship a batch without a signed quality document. This is standard, not a paid extra.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your mounting plate may need a tapped hole, a spring clip, or a heat sink attached. We do all of it under one roof. You avoid multi-vendor coordination, shipping delays, and tolerance mismatches between parts. This is precision manufacturing with a single point of responsibility.

Where these parts are used

Stamped mounting plates and flanges are structural and positioning components. Typical applications include:

  • Automotive: Engine bracket plates, sensor mounting flanges, ABS pump brackets, seat rail reinforcements, exhaust hanger plates
  • EV battery packs: Busbar mounting plates, cooling plate flanges, module end plates
  • Industrial equipment: Motor mounts, pump flanges, valve body brackets, gearbox cover plates
  • Electronics enclosures: Chassis mounting plates, shield can flanges, connector brackets
  • Agricultural machinery: Harness mounting plates, hydraulic valve brackets, fender supports

These parts carry loads, locate components, and absorb vibration. That is why we control hole position and flatness tightly. A 0.1 mm error in a mounting hole causes bolt misalignment and premature wear in your assembly.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototypes from 50 pieces. For production, we quote per piece based on your annual volume. Tooling cost is amortized into the piece price or quoted separately—your choice.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with precision pilots. First article is measured on a CMM and compared to your drawing. During production, we check every 200th piece for critical dimensions. The final batch inspection report is included with shipment.

Q: What is the lead time for a stamped part? A: Prototype tooling (simple form dies) takes 7–10 days. Production tooling (multi-stage progressive dies) takes 15–20 days. First samples are sent within 3 days after tooling is ready. For repeat orders, production starts within 5 days of PO confirmation.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the raw material, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. If your drawing calls for a specific standard (e.g., JIS G3141, ASTM A1008), we source that grade and provide the cert.

Send your drawing

Send us your 2D or 3D file (PDF, DWG, STEP, or IGES). We will review the geometry, suggest material and thickness if not specified, and return a firm quote within 12 hours.

No MOQ. No hidden tooling fees. Precision manufacturing, made in China, with full traceability.
