We measure critical dimensions on 5 pcs per 1,000, and 100% check for burr, plating thickness, and flatness on request. The report is signed by our QC engineer and sent with the shipment.

During stamping, we check the first article, then every 100th piece on an optical comparator. If a dimension drifts, we stop the press and adjust before the batch continues.

Q3: What is your typical lead time? Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15 days for quantities under 500,000 pcs. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% within 5 days by air.

Q4: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. Every coil comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We attach a copy to your inspection report. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TÜV), we can arrange it at cost.
