Every batch is traceable from coil to carton. We keep a sample of each batch for 24 months.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each production lot gets a unique batch number. You can trace material heat number, press settings, plating lot, and inspection records back to the exact coil and shift that produced your parts. No guesswork when a field failure occurs.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail note. We measure critical dimensions on 5 pcs per 1,000, and 100% check for burr, plating thickness, and flatness on request. The report is signed by our QC engineer and sent with the shipment.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your junction box needs stamped terminals, a compression spring for the diode clip, and a heatsink for thermal management. Q1: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We run 50-piece prototypes and 5,000,000-piece annual contracts on the same lines. For small batches, we use single-hit tooling to avoid high die costs. For large batches, we move to progressive dies to lower per-piece price.
Q2: How do you guarantee ±0.05 mm tolerance? Our dies are machined on wire-cut EDM and verified with a CMM before production. During stamping, we check the first article, then every 100th piece on an optical comparator. If a dimension drifts, we stop the press and adjust before the batch continues.
Q3: What is your typical lead time? Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15 days for quantities under 500,000 pcs. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% within 5 days by air.
Q4: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. Every coil comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We attach a copy to your inspection report. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TÜV), we can arrange it at cost.
