Precision Stamped Watch Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each lot gets a unique batch number. We store material certs, inspection records, and process parameters for 5 years. If a field issue appears, we trace it back to the exact coil and die station. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch You receive a full inspection report with every shipment. It includes dimensional data, surface finish readings, and material hardness results. Our QC team uses a 2.5D optical projector and CMM for verification. We do not ship without this report.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your busbar might need a threaded insert, a spring contact, or a heat sink attached. We do all of it under one roof. No multiple vendors, no shipping delays, no tolerance stacking between suppliers. You send one drawing, we manage the rest.

Where these parts are used

Our custom metal stamping busbars go into real EV systems. Here is where they work daily:

  • Battery module connectors – linking cells in series and parallel, carrying 100–500 A continuous current
  • Battery pack busbars – connecting modules to the main positive and negative terminals
  • BMS (Battery Management System) sense lines – thin stamped tabs for voltage and temperature sensing
  • Charging inlet assemblies – high-current stamped copper bars for DC fast charging (up to 350 kW)
  • Inverter busbars – connecting DC link capacitors to IGBT modules
  • Heater and compressor power distribution – stamped copper bars in thermal management systems

These parts see vibration, thermal cycling from -40°C to +85°C, and high current loads. Our stamping process ensures consistent cross-section and surface conductivity.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept prototype orders of 1–10 pieces for fit testing. Production orders start at any quantity. Tooling cost is quoted separately for custom dies, but we share it across your first production run if you order over 5,000 pieces.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors for real-time monitoring. Critical dimensions are checked 100% with automated optical inspection. Our standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and we hold ±0.02 mm on request. Every batch ships with a dimensional report.

Q: What is your lead time for stamped busbars? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days for standard copper thicknesses. If you need faster, we can expedite with a 30% surcharge. We also keep common copper strips in stock for quick turnaround.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil we use comes with a mill certificate. We provide a copy with each shipment. For automotive projects, we also supply PPAP Level 3 documentation on request.

Send your drawing
