1. Batch-traceable quality. Each stamped lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat, die setting, and inspection results for that batch. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact press stroke and raw material coil. You get a written record, not a shrug.
2. Inspection report per batch. We send a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM and compared to your drawing GD&T. You don't need to re-inspect everything on arrival. Our report is your incoming QC shortcut.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your watch part might need a stamped plate, a CNC-machined pin, and a tiny spring. We make all three under one roof. No multiple vendors, no shipping delays between shops, no tolerance mismatches between suppliers. One engineering team reviews the whole assembly.
