1. Batch-traceable quality. Each stamped lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat, die setting, and inspection results for that batch. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact press stroke and raw material coil. You get a written record, not a shrug.
2. Inspection report per batch. We send a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM and compared to your drawing GD&T. You don't need to re-inspect everything on arrival. Our report is your incoming QC shortcut.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your watch part might need a stamped plate, a CNC-machined pin, and a tiny spring. We make all three under one roof. No multiple vendors, no shipping delays between shops, no tolerance mismatches between suppliers. One engineering team reviews the whole assembly.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype piece or a million production parts. The unit price changes with quantity, but we never turn away a small order. Many watch brands start with 50 pieces for a limited run.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors. Critical dimensions are checked every 100 pieces during production. A final CMM report is included with each batch. If a dimension drifts, we stop the press, not the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for stamped watch parts? A: Prototypes in 5 working days after drawing approval. Production orders ship in 15 working days. For urgent repairs or small batches, we can expedite to 3 days at a small surcharge.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil of raw material comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We attach a copy to your shipment. For medical or aerospace-grade materials, we can provide full traceability to the heat number.
