Your EV charging connector terminals, made to your drawing. We run them on high-speed precision stamping presses, then verify every critical dimension before shipment. No guesswork, no tolerance surprises.
At a glance: ±0.01 mm tolerance on critical features, 7–15 day lead time for prototypes, no MOQ, full material traceability. We are a custom metal stamping factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of production experience.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Material | Copper alloy (C1100, C17200, C194), brass, phosphor bronze, stainless steel (301, 304) |
| Material thickness | 0.1 mm – 3.0 mm |
| Tolerance | ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions, ±0.05 mm standard |
| Process | High-speed progressive die stamping, 25–800 ton presses |
| Surface finish | Selective silver plating, tin plating, gold plating, nickel plating, or as-drawn |
| Heat treatment | Optional (stress relief, hardening) for beryllium copper |
| Batch size | 1,000 to 10,000,000 pieces |
| Lead time | Prototype: 7 days, production: 15–20 days after approval |
| Quality system | IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 |
| Inspection | CMM, optical comparator, 2.5D projector, X-ray fluorescence (XRF) for plating thickness |
Every terminal is produced with precision manufacturing methods. We use progressive dies with in-die sensors to monitor stamping force and material feed. This catches defects during the run, not after.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique heat number and production batch code. We record material certs, die settings, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact coil and stroke count.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment. It includes critical-to-function measurements, plating thickness readings, and visual defect counts. We also keep the raw data for 10 years. No extra charge.
3. One factory for stamping, CNC, springs, and heat sinks. Your connector terminal is not the only part in your charging handle. You likely need a CNC-machined housing, a compression spring for the latch, and a heat sink for the power module. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays.
These terminals are the current-carrying core of EV charging systems. Typical applications include:
In all these applications, the terminal must hold tight dimensional tolerances. A 0.05 mm error in the contact beam can cause overheating, arcing, or connector failure. That is why we treat your drawing as a contract, not a suggestion.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We accept prototype orders from 1,000 pieces. For first-time customers, we recommend a 2,000–5,000 piece trial run to validate the die and plating process. After that, production quantities are unlimited.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We build the die to your drawing, then run first-article inspection on the first 50 pieces. We measure all critical dimensions with a CMM and compare to your GD&T. Only after you approve the first article do we start the full batch. During the run, we check every 200 pieces with a 2.5D projector.
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototype stamping: 7 days after drawing review. Production: 15–20 days after first article approval. Plating adds 3–5 days. If you need faster, we can split the order and ship partial batches.
Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. Every coil of material comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For automotive-grade parts, we supply IATF 16949 PPAP documents.
We quote firm prices in 12 hours. Send your 2D drawing (PDF, DWG, or DXF) and 3D model (STEP or IGES). Tell us your annual volume and target plating. We will reply with a unit price, tooling cost, and lead time.
