Precision Stamped Shims & Spacers

All parts are made in China at our own factory. No outsourcing. No middlemen.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each lot gets a unique batch number. We track material, press settings, and inspection results from coil to carton. If a problem appears at your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact minute it was stamped.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured and recorded. No surprises. No "we checked it, trust us."

3. One factory for multiple processes Need a stamped shim plus a CNC-machined housing and a custom spring? We run all four lines—stamping, CNC machining, springs, and heat sinks—under one roof. One purchase order. One quality system. One shipping date.

Where these parts are used

Precision stamped washers and shims are not commodity parts. They are functional components in demanding assemblies.

  • Automotive: transmission shims, valve spring washers, brake caliper spacers
  • Electronics: EMI shielding washers, battery contact shims, connector retainers
  • Aerospace: thin gauge shims for stack-up adjustments, lock washers
  • Medical devices: precision spacers in surgical instruments, implant fixtures
  • Industrial equipment: bearing preload shims, gearbox spacers, pump seals

In every case, the part must hold tolerance under load, heat, and vibration. That is why buyers choose custom metal stamping over off-the-shelf parts.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We stamp 1 piece for prototype validation or 1 million for production. Your cost per piece scales with quantity, but your first order can be a single unit.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors and post-press CMM inspection. Critical dimensions are measured 100% or per AQL sampling, depending on your spec. You receive the inspection report with the shipment.

Q: What is the lead time for stamped washers? A: Prototype tooling: 5–7 days. Production: 10–15 days after tool approval. For urgent orders, we can run existing tooling within 48 hours.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material. We also provide RoHS, REACH, and mechanical test reports on request.
