Precision Stamped Connector Pins & Sockets

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We track material heat numbers, die settings, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact stamping run and tell you what changed. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional inspection report with every shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM and documented. We also include material certificates and plating thickness reports when required. You do not need to re-inspect everything on arrival.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your bracket might need a machined insert, a spring clip, or a heatsink attached. We do all of it in-house. You send one drawing package, deal with one quality team, and receive one shipment. Fewer suppliers means fewer tolerance stack-ups and less logistics headache.

Where These Parts Are Used

Precision stamped electronic brackets appear in products where failure is not an option.

  • Power supplies and inverters: Mounting brackets for IGBT modules, capacitors, and transformers. They hold heavy components through thermal cycling.
  • Telecom equipment: Shield brackets for RF modules, grounding clips, and card guides in base stations and switches.
  • Automotive electronics: ECU mounting brackets, sensor holders, and connector brackets inside engine bays. They handle vibration and temperature swings from −40°C to +125°C.
  • Medical devices: Bracket frames for PCBs in diagnostic equipment. Clean, burr-free edges are critical.
  • LED lighting: Heat sink brackets and driver mounting plates. Aluminum and copper options for thermal paths.
  • Industrial controls: Relay brackets, terminal block supports, and enclosure mounting rails.

If your part holds something in place inside an electronic device, we can stamp it.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run 10-piece prototypes and 100,000-piece production orders on the same machines. Tooling cost is quoted separately for new dies, but we can also use soft tooling for short runs to keep your upfront cost low.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with precision guides and hard tooling. Every batch is inspected with CMM and optical comparators. Critical dimensions are checked at the press every 2 hours during production. You get the inspection report with the shipment.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototype samples ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production orders ship in 15–25 days. For repeat orders with existing tooling, we can often ship in 10 days. Rush service is available.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill test certificates for the raw material batch used in your order. Plating thickness reports and RoHS/REACH compliance documents are available on request.
