Opening

Your connector design is unique. Your pin geometry, plating thickness, and mating cycle requirements are not off-the-shelf. We build them to your drawing, not from a catalog. Every stamped pin and socket is verified for critical dimensions before shipment.

At a glance: ±0.01 mm stamping tolerance, 7-day standard lead time, no MOQ, 100% inspection report per batch. This is precision manufacturing for engineers who need reliable, repeatable electrical contacts.

We are BQUQ, a factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years in metal stamping. We also run CNC machining, springs, and heat sinks lines under one roof. Send us your drawing. We will tell you if it can be stamped faster and cheaper than machined.

Precision Perforated Stamped Metal Plates

All materials are sourced with full mill certificates. We stock C5210 and C17200 in-house for fast starts. If you need a specific temper (1/2H, 3/4H, full hard), we order it in 3 days.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique heat number and die number. If a pin fails in your field, we trace it back to the coil, the die station, and the operator. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Every shipment includes a dimensional report, plating thickness report, and material cert. For high-volume runs, we include SPC data on critical dimensions like pin width and coplanarity.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sink. Your connector housing needs a stamped contact, a CNC-machined alignment pin, and a compression spring. We make all three. You get one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. This cuts your supplier management time in half.

Where these parts are used

Stamped connector pins and sockets are the backbone of electrical interconnects. We supply them for:

  • Automotive – ECU headers, battery management system connectors, airbag squib pins. Vibration resistance and low contact resistance are critical.
  • Consumer electronics – USB-C, HDMI, and board-to-board connectors in laptops and phones. We hold coplanarity under 0.05 mm for fine-pitch designs.
  • Industrial control – Relay sockets, terminal blocks, and PLC I/O modules. These run 24/7; our tin plating ensures 500+ mating cycles.
  • Medical devices – Disposable sensor connectors and defibrillator pads. We use beryllium copper for high fatigue life in small cross-sections.
  • Energy storage – Battery pack sense lines and balance connectors. Our selective gold plating reduces corrosion in high-humidity environments.

If your part is currently machined or turned, ask us for a stamping review. We often convert round pins to stamped flat pins with a coined tip, cutting cost by 40% at high volume.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run 1,000 pieces for prototyping and 1,000,000 for production. Tooling cost is amortized into the piece price for small batches. For large batches, tooling is free with a volume commitment.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use carbide progressive dies with in-die sensors. Critical dimensions are checked every 30 minutes during production. A final 2.5D optical inspection covers 100% of parts for visual defects and key dimensions. You receive the report with your shipment.

Q: What is your lead time? A: For existing dies, 5–7 days. For new custom metal stamping dies, 15 days for design and build, then 3 days for sample approval. We use 3D die design software and wire-cut EDM, so first articles are right the first time.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. Every coil comes with a mill test certificate. We also provide RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals declarations on request. Plating thickness is verified with X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and reported per batch.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing if your pin can be stamped. Send us your 2D drawing or 3D model. We will review the geometry, material, and plating. You will get a firm quote in 12 hours, including tooling cost, piece price, and lead time. No obligation.

This is custom metal stamping made in China, but with the engineering rigor you expect from a local shop. We speak English, we respond fast, and we ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx.
