Opening

Your drawing defines the hole pattern. We define the tooling path. Perforated stamped metal plates are not off-the-shelf items here. Every panel is made to your exact print, then verified with a CMM before shipment. No guesswork, no tolerance surprises.

We run a 20-year-old precision manufacturing facility in Dongguan. Our stamping presses handle sheet thickness from 0.1 mm to 8.0 mm. Hole diameters start at 0.5 mm. We hold positional tolerances of ±0.05 mm on critical patterns.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on hole position, ±0.03 mm on hole diameter
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ – order 1 piece or 100,000 pieces
  • Material: stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel

You send the PDF or STEP file. We return a firm quote in 12 hours. Then we build the die, stamp the mesh, and ship it with a full inspection report.

Precision Stamped Washers and Shims

We use progressive dies for high-volume runs. For prototypes or low volumes, we use wire-cut compound dies. Both give you the same hole geometry. The difference is speed and per-piece cost.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of material gets a lot number. Every stamped batch gets a work order. If a hole pattern drifts, we trace it back to the exact machine, die, and operator shift. You get a quality document that maps each batch to its inspection data. This matters when your parts go into safety-critical assemblies.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just say "it looks fine." We measure. Each batch gets a dimensional report covering hole diameter, pitch, burr height, and flatness. For high-volume orders, we sample per AQL 2.5 or your stricter plan. You receive the report with the shipment. No extra charge.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your perforated plate might need a CNC-machined frame, a spring clip, or a heat sink attached. We do all of it under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, one quality standard. You avoid the headache of coordinating three suppliers across three time zones.

Where these parts are used

Perforated stamped metal plates show up in places where airflow, screening, or shielding is non-negotiable.

  • Acoustic panels: Hole patterns tuned for sound absorption in studio walls, machine enclosures, and HVAC ducts.
  • Battery cooling plates: Stamped aluminum mesh for uniform air distribution in EV battery packs.
  • Filter screens: Fine stainless mesh for food processing, pharmaceutical sieves, and hydraulic filters.
  • EMI/RFI shielding: Copper or brass perforated sheets for electronic enclosures that need ventilation without signal leakage.
  • Architectural facades: Decorative stamped panels for building cladding, sunshades, and elevator interiors.
  • Agricultural equipment: Perforated screens for grain cleaning, seed sorting, and feed processing.
  • Automotive grilles: Stamped steel mesh for radiator protection and speaker grilles.

If your part moves air, filters particles, or blocks interference, this is the process.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We stamp one prototype for your fit test, or 500,000 pieces for your production line. Tooling cost is quoted separately for custom patterns. Standard hole patterns already in our die library have no tooling charge.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance on thin materials? A: Thin sheets (under 0.5 mm) are prone to stretching. We use a compound die with a stripper plate that holds the material flat during punching. Then we flatten the panel on a hydraulic press. Final hole position is verified with a CMM. If your tolerance is tighter than ±0.05 mm, we switch to fineblanking.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom pattern? A: Prototype with a new die: 7–10 days. Production run after die approval: 15–25 days depending on quantity. If you have an existing die, we can ship in 5 days. We also offer a 24-hour rush service for emergency replacement panels.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every shipment includes a mill test certificate for the raw material, plus our own dimensional inspection report. For stainless steel, we provide grade verification (304, 316, 430, etc.) and chemical composition. For aluminum, we confirm temper (e.g., 5052-H32). All documents are in English.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing if your perforated pattern can be stamped. Send us the drawing, and we will tell you exactly what is possible – and what it costs.

Include your material, thickness, hole size, pitch, and quantity. If you do not have a drawing, send a sketch or a photo of the part you need to match. We will work from that. This is custom metal stamping, made in China, with precision manufacturing you can verify. Your drawing is the starting point. Our reply is the answer.
