All dies are designed in-house. We use CAD/CAM simulation before steel is cut. This reduces try-out time and ensures your tolerance is met on the first production run.
1. Batch-Traceable Quality Each batch gets a unique heat number and production lot code. Raw material certificates are kept on file for 10 years. If a problem appears in the field, we can trace it to the exact coil of steel and the exact press stroke. No guesswork.
2. Inspection Report Per Batch You do not have to ask for the report. It is included with every shipment. The report includes: dimensional measurements (5 pieces per batch), material thickness verification, surface finish check, and salt spray test results if required. We sign it. We stand behind it.
3. One Factory for Stamping, CNC, Springs, and Heat Sinks Your bracket may need a spring clip, a CNC-machined rail, or a heat sink for the junction box. We do all four processes under one roof. No third-party coordination. No shipping parts between suppliers. Fewer emails, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run prototypes from 50 pieces. For production, we recommend 5,000+ pieces per order to amortize die costs, but we will quote 500 pieces if that is your need.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection (FAI) is done on every new die. We send you the FAI report with CMM data before mass production. During production, we check 5 pieces every 2 hours. Final inspection covers 100% of critical dimensions on a sample per AQL 2.5.
Q: What is the lead time? A: Prototype stamping: 15 days. Production stamping: 20–25 days after die approval. If you need parts faster, we can use soft tooling for short runs and ship in 10 days. CNC prototype parts can ship in 5 days.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every order includes mill test certificates for the raw material. For stainless steel, we provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates. For galvanized steel, we provide coating weight and adhesion test results.
We quote firm prices, not estimates. Send us your 2D drawing (PDF or DWG) or 3D model (STEP or IGES). We will review the design for manufacturability and reply within 12 hours with a fixed unit price, tooling cost (if any), and lead time.
