Opening

Your bipolar plate drawing is the starting point. We turn it into a stamped part with verified dimensions before shipment. No guesswork. No rework on your end.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run metal stamping lines for 20 years. Our engineers check every critical dimension against your CAD file. We send you a full inspection report before the parts leave our floor.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical features, ±0.1 mm general
  • Lead time: 10–15 working days for prototypes, 20–25 for production runs
  • No MOQ: start with 1 piece for validation
  • Materials: stainless steel 316L, 304, titanium Grade 1/2, nickel alloys
  • Process: progressive die stamping, hydroforming, laser cutting for prototypes

Precision EV Battery Busbars

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique number. We record material heat number, die settings, and inspection results for that batch. If you have a field failure, we trace it back to the exact run. You get a PDF report with each shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just stamp and ship. We measure channel depth, plate flatness, and sealing surface roughness on a CMM. You receive the raw data, not a summary. This is standard, not a paid extra.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your bipolar plate may need a welded spring contact or a machined manifold block. We do all of it under one roof. No third-party coordination, no shipping delays between vendors. Your drawing goes to one engineering team.

Where these parts are used

Our stamped bipolar plates go into real systems, not just lab demos.

  • PEM fuel cells for stationary power. Backup generators for telecom towers and data centers. Plates run at 60–80 °C, need consistent flatness to seal over 10,000+ hours.
  • Portable fuel cell stacks. Drones and small APUs. We stamp thin 0.1 mm titanium plates to keep weight down while holding gas-tight channels.
  • Automotive fuel cell stacks. Prototype and low-volume runs for electric vehicle range extenders. Our no-MOQ policy lets OEMs validate 50 plates before committing to 50,000.
  • Electrolyzers. Reverse operation, same plate geometry. We handle the thicker 0.2–0.3 mm stainless variants that resist oxygen-side corrosion.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. You can order 1 piece for fit check or 100,000 for production. Tooling cost is quoted separately, but we amortize it over your first production order if you commit.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on stamped plates? A: ±0.05 mm on channel depth and critical sealing surfaces. General dimensions are ±0.1 mm. We verify with CMM and include the report. If your design needs tighter, we switch to hydroforming or CNC post-processing.

Q: What is your lead time for a prototype? A: 10–15 working days from drawing approval. This includes die making, first article inspection, and shipping. Production runs take 20–25 days. We can rush a single piece in 5 days for a premium.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for every coil or sheet used in your batch. We also provide a chemical composition report and mechanical property test data on request. All traceable to the heat number.
