Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We keep common copper and brass strips in stock. For a prototype run of 50 pieces, we use a simple die and charge only for machine time and material. For high volume, we build a progressive die and amortize the tooling cost into the piece price.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: First article is measured on a CMM with a full report. Production lots are checked every 2 hours with a 2.5D vision system. Critical dimensions like contact gap and flatness are checked 100% on a dedicated fixture. We follow IATF 16949 procedures, including PPAP if you need it.
Q: What is your lead time for stamped parts? A: Prototype (no tooling) – 5-7 working days. Production with new progressive die – 15-20 working days for tooling, then 10-15 days for the first batch. Repeat orders ship in 10 days. We can rush prototype samples in 72 hours at extra cost.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil of material comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations. Plating thickness reports are included with each batch.
