Your drawing is the starting point. We make the stamped connector shell exactly to your print. Before any part ships, it is verified on our CMM and compared against your GD&T callouts. You get a batch that fits, assembles, and performs.
We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years in metal stamping. You send the file. We return a firm quote and a part that works.

All stamping is done on high-speed presses (25 to 250 tons) with continuous feeding. Dies are maintained in-house. We control the whole loop — die design, stamping, plating, and inspection — so you get one accountable supplier.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every lot gets a unique batch number. Raw material certificates, in-process checks, and final inspection data are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it back to the exact coil and press stroke. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch You receive a full dimensional report with each shipment. Critical features are measured on CMM and documented. We do not say "it should be fine." We show you the numbers. If a dimension drifts, we catch it before it leaves the factory.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your connector shell might need a stamped body, a CNC-machined contact pin, a spring clip, and a heatsink for thermal management. Instead of managing four suppliers, you send us one drawing package. We coordinate the processes internally. Fewer handoffs, shorter lead time, lower risk.
Stamped connector shells are the mechanical backbone of electrical and electronic systems. You will find them in:
In each case, the shell provides shielding, mechanical retention, and precise alignment for the contacts. A slight tolerance error causes intermittent signals or assembly failure. That is why we hold ±0.01 mm where your print demands it.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We stamp prototype quantities as low as 1 piece. For production, we quote based on your annual volume. Small batches cost more per piece due to setup, but you are never forced to over-order.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first-article inspection on the first parts from the die. Then we check every 2 hours during production using a 2.5D projector and CMM. Final inspection covers 100% of critical dimensions on a sample per AQL 0.65. The report is in your hands before shipment.
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototype tooling and parts: 10–15 working days. Production tooling: 20–25 working days. Once the die is approved, production runs ship in 15–20 working days. For urgent needs, we can split the die and run parallel operations.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil we use comes with a mill certificate. We archive a copy with your batch record. If you need third-party testing (e.g., SGS or RoHS), we arrange it at cost.
Stop comparing quotes. Send us your drawing and get a firm price in 12 hours. We handle custom metal stamping for connector shells, brackets, terminals, and enclosures — all made in China with export-grade quality.
