Your drawing. Our press. Verified dimensions before the crate leaves our floor.

We make deep drawn metal cups from your CAD file or a napkin sketch. Round, rectangular, stepped, or flanged—if it can be formed, we quote it. Every batch is checked against your tolerance, not a generic standard. We send you the inspection report before shipment, so you approve what arrives.

At a glance: ±0.05 mm tolerance on critical diameters, 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm material thickness, 10 to 500 ton press capacity, 15-day standard lead time, no MOQ. Prototype in 7 days.

Precision Stamped Watch Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique heat number and production log. If a problem shows up at your assembly line, we trace it to the exact coil, press, and operator shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get dimensional data, material hardness, and surface roughness readings—not a "passed" stamp. Our QC team measures first articles and every 50th piece during production. The report is emailed to you before shipment.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your deep drawn cup might need a CNC-machined flange, a spring retainer, or a heat sink base. We do all four lines under one roof. You avoid coordinating three suppliers, three shipping dates, and three sets of tolerance arguments.

Where these parts are used

Deep drawn metal cups are structural shells, housings, and fluid barriers. Real applications we ship today:

  • Automotive: ABS sensor housings, fuel pump cans, solenoid casings, brake booster components.
  • Electrical: Battery cases for power tools and EVs, capacitor shells, relay covers, motor end caps.
  • Fluid handling: Filter housings, valve bodies, pump chambers, pneumatic cylinder end caps.
  • Medical: Instrument handles, sensor shrouds, sterilization container bases.
  • Consumer: Speaker magnet cups, flashlight bodies, cosmetic jar shells, thermos inner liners.

The deep draw process work-hardens the material, so your cup gets higher yield strength than the raw sheet. That means thinner walls can replace thicker machined parts—lighter, cheaper, and faster to produce.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We run 1-piece prototypes for fit testing and 100-piece pilot runs. Production pricing kicks in at 1,000 pieces, but you are never forced to over-order.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on a deep drawn cup? A: ±0.05 mm on formed diameters up to 100 mm. Depth tolerance is ±0.1 mm. If you need tighter, we add a sizing or ironing operation—tell us your critical dimensions on the drawing.

Q: How do you guarantee quality before shipment? A: We run a full first-article inspection (FAI) with a CMM report. During production, we check dimensions every 50 pieces and record hardness and surface finish. The batch report is attached to your packing list and emailed to you.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil and sheet comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request.

Send your drawing

Email your CAD file (STEP, IGES, or PDF) to sc@bquq.com or WhatsApp +86 13713157787. We reply with a firm quote in 12 hours—price, lead time, and tooling cost if applicable. No obligation, no sales pressure. Just precision manufacturing numbers you can take to your purchasing team.

Your drawing. Our press. Verified before shipment. That is how custom metal stamping should work.
