Every die is built in-house, so we control geometry from first hit to last. Before shipment, each batch goes through a 100% dimensional verification on a CMM. Then we run a SPC check on the last 50 pieces before resuming. You get a CPK report for any critical dimension you specify.

Q: What is your typical lead time for custom metal stamping? A: For a simple flat part with no plating: 7 days from drawing approval. For a complex progressive die part with plating: 15–20 days. Die design takes 2 days, machining 5 days, trial hits 1 day, and production 3–7 days depending on quantity. We ship via DHL or FedEx for urgent orders.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil we buy comes with a mill test certificate (MTC) from the steel or copper mill. We copy the MTC number onto your packing list. For RoHS, REACH, and conflict-free mineral declarations, we provide a full compliance pack with each batch.
