We run a 20-year-old precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Our metal stamping line produces brass electrical terminals and contacts from 0.05 mm to 3.0 mm thick strip. Tolerances hold to ±0.01 mm on critical features.
We verify every batch with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a 2.5D optical projector. You get a full inspection report with the shipment. No surprises.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, die settings, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact stamping run within 24 hours. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship blind. Each batch includes a dimensional report with CMM data and optical projector readings. You see the actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. For critical automotive or medical parts, we add full material certificates and plating thickness reports.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your terminal might need a stamped contact, a CNC-machined housing, a spring, and a heatsink. We make all four under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. You save on logistics and avoid tolerance mismatches between suppliers.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies ground to ±0.005 mm. First-article inspection covers all dimensions. During production, we check every 500 pieces with a 2.5D projector. Final batch inspection uses CMM and includes a written report.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom part? A: Prototype (no tooling modification) is 7–15 days. New progressive die tooling takes 20–30 days. Production runs ship 15–25 days after you approve the sample. We quote exact dates after reviewing your drawing.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for brass strip, plating thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH declarations. For automotive or medical, we add PPAP Level 3 documentation on request.
