We use 25-ton to 250-ton high-speed presses (up to 600 strokes per minute) and precision wire-cut dies. Our toolroom builds and maintains all dies in-house, so we control quality from die design to final part.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We track material heat number, die number, and operator ID for each batch. If a field issue appears, we trace it back to the exact stamping run. You get a clear chain of custody, not a vague "we checked it."
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail note. We include CMM data for critical features, surface finish readings, and material hardness results. This report is signed by our QC engineer and available within 24 hours of shipment.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your EMI shield often needs a spring finger or a heatsink interface. Instead of coordinating three suppliers, we do it all under one roof. This cuts your logistics cost, shortens your lead time, and eliminates tolerance mismatch between mating parts. One drawing, one responsible party.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We stamp 1 prototype or 1 million pieces at the same tolerance. For small batches, we use a simplified die to keep tooling cost low. For large batches, we use progressive dies to maximize speed.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process SPC (statistical process control) on every run. Our QC team measures the first article, every 50th piece during production, and the last article. We send you the full inspection report with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we sort 100% and rework at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for stamped parts? A: Sample lead time is 3-5 days after tooling approval. Production lead time is 7 days for standard parts, 10-14 days for complex parts with multiple bends and plating. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or air freight.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for steel and aluminum, plus plating thickness certificates. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents. All material is purchased from certified mills, and we keep the certificates for 10 years.
