Your drawing defines the part. Our press defines the tolerance. We build EMI shielding cans exactly to your CAD file, then verify every critical dimension before the batch leaves our floor. No guesswork, no second-guessing.
At a glance: ±0.05 mm stamping tolerance, 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm material thickness, 7-day standard lead time, no MOQ, 100% dimensional inspection on first articles and batch sampling per AQL 2.5.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, press settings, die maintenance date, and inspector ID. If a problem shows up at your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact shift and machine in minutes. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship blind. Each batch includes a dimensional report with measured values on all critical features—not just a pass/fail stamp. For high-volume runs, we provide X-bar and R charts on key dimensions. You know exactly what you are receiving before the truck arrives.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your EMI shield often needs a stamped frame, a CNC-machined heat sink, and a spring clip. Sending all four parts to one factory cuts your logistics cost, shortens your lead time, and eliminates tolerance mismatch between mating parts. We have all four lines under one roof in Dongguan, China.
EMI shielding cans are not exotic. They are everywhere electronics live.
Most of these parts are small—20 mm to 80 mm square—with multiple bends, dimples, and mounting tabs. Our progressive dies handle these features in a single pass, holding ±0.05 mm across all bend lines.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: Zero. No MOQ. We run one prototype for your validation, or we run a million pieces for your production line. Tooling cost is quoted separately for new dies; for existing die families, we often reuse tooling to save you money.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CMM for first article inspection and pin gauges for hole positions on every batch. In-process checks happen every two hours on the press line. Final inspection follows AQL 2.5, with critical dimensions measured 100% on every part if your drawing specifies it.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototype stamping: 3-5 days from drawing approval. Production: 7-15 days, depending on quantity and secondary operations. Tooling fabrication adds 10-15 days for new dies. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight—your choice.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill test report from the steel supplier, showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documentation on request.
