Precision Stamped Automotive Terminals Collection

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, press settings, tooling wear, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact shift and machine within hours.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don't take our word for it. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report with actual measured values—not just a pass/fail stamp. Critical features are measured with CMM and optical comparators, and the data is yours.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your grommet might need a mating spring or a CNC-machined housing. Instead of coordinating three suppliers across time zones, send us the whole assembly. We handle stamping, springs, CNC machining, and heat sink fabrication under one roof—one quality system, one shipping point, one accountable partner.

Where these parts are used

Stamped grommets, eyelets, and ferrules are quiet workhorses in demanding applications:

  • Automotive wiring harnesses: Eyelets terminate ground wires and shield braids. Ferrules protect cable entries through bulkheads.
  • Electrical enclosures: Grommets insulate and seal wires passing through sheet metal panels, preventing chafing and short circuits.
  • Medical devices: Small brass eyelets reinforce tubing connections and catheter hubs. Stainless ferrules provide a clean, sterilizable surface.
  • Consumer electronics: Aluminum eyelets add structural reinforcement to PCB mounting holes and speaker grilles.
  • Footwear and apparel: Brass eyelets withstand repeated lacing stress in boots, belts, and technical outerwear.
  • Industrial equipment: Steel ferrules reinforce hydraulic hose ends and pneumatic fittings where vibration is constant.

If your part guides a wire, reinforces a hole, or terminates a cable, we've likely stamped something similar.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept prototype orders of 100 pieces and scale to millions per month. Tooling cost is quoted separately and amortized over your order quantity.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first article inspection on the first piece from each die. During production, we check critical dimensions every 2 hours per SPC plan. Final inspection uses AQL 0.65 for critical features. You receive the full inspection report with your shipment.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: Tooling takes 7–10 days for most grommets and eyelets. Production runs 5–7 days after you approve the first article. For urgent orders, we can prioritize your job—just ask.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the raw material, plus RoHS and REACH declarations when required. We keep records for 10 years.
