Precision Perforated Stamped Metal Plates

Machines: 25-ton to 250-ton high-speed presses, with in-die tapping and cam forming options. We handle tight pitch terminals, 0.64 mm and 1.5 mm blade types, and box terminals with complex bends.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of material is logged. Every die has a unique ID. Every batch gets a heat number and production date. If a part fails in your field, we trace it back to the exact coil and press shift. No guesswork. No finger-pointing.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Key characteristics (KCs) are measured with CMM, optical comparators, and push-pull gauges. We show you the data, not just a certificate. If a dimension drifts, we catch it before it reaches your dock.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your terminal might need a stamped contact, a CNC-machined housing, a spring for retention, and a heatsink for heat dissipation. We do all four under one roof. One PO. One quality system. One shipping date. You avoid the headache of coordinating three suppliers in three time zones.

Where These Parts Are Used

Precision stamped automotive terminals are the electrical backbone of modern vehicles.

  • Connector systems: 0.64 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.8 mm blade terminals for ECU, ABS, and body control modules.
  • Battery and power distribution: High-current terminals for lithium-ion battery packs, busbars, and fuse boxes in EVs and hybrids.
  • Sensors and actuators: Crimp terminals for pressure, temperature, and position sensors.
  • Lighting: Terminals for LED headlamps, taillights, and interior lighting modules.
  • Charging systems: Terminals for CCS2 and GB/T charging inlets, rated up to 250 A.

We also make stamped parts for non-automotive uses—industrial relays, home appliances, and medical devices. If it carries current and must not fail, our stamping line can handle it.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. No MOQ. We run prototypes from 100 pieces. For production, we quote tiered pricing—the more you order, the lower the unit cost. But you are never forced to over-order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We build the die to your print, then validate with first-article inspection (FAI). During production, we check critical dimensions every 2 hours and run a full CMM report per batch. If anything is out of spec, we sort and re-run before shipping.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototype (soft tooling): 7–15 days. Production (hard die): 15–25 days after die approval. For repeat orders, we keep your die in our tool room and ship in 10–15 days.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, RoHS and REACH declarations, and IATF 16949 documentation on request. Every batch is traceable to the original coil.
