You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Key characteristics (KCs) are measured with CMM, optical comparators, and push-pull gauges. We show you the data, not just a certificate. If a dimension drifts, we catch it before it reaches your dock.

A: We build the die to your print, then validate with first-article inspection (FAI). During production, we check critical dimensions every 2 hours and run a full CMM report per batch. If anything is out of spec, we sort and re-run before shipping.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Prototype (soft tooling): 7–15 days. Production (hard die): 15–25 days after die approval. For repeat orders, we keep your die in our tool room and ship in 10–15 days.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, RoHS and REACH declarations, and IATF 16949 documentation on request. Every batch is traceable to the original coil.
