All stamping dies are designed and machined in our toolroom. We do not outsource tooling. This gives you faster iteration and lower cost per part.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, die revision, and press settings. If a part fails in your field, we trace it back to the exact batch and hour it was stamped. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. We measure critical features on a CMM and include photos of the parts on the gauge. No surprises at your incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your hinge bracket may need a CNC-machined pin, a torsion spring, or a heatsink attached. We do all four processes under one roof. You deal with one engineer, one purchase order, one shipping date. Less coordination, fewer delays.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We accept 100-piece prototype orders. For parts under 1,000 pcs, unit price is higher because die amortization is spread over fewer parts. But we will not turn you away for a small batch.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.05 mm tolerance? A: We build progressive dies with precision ground inserts. First article is measured on a CMM. In-process checks every 2 hours. Final inspection report is included. If we miss tolerance, we re-run the batch at our cost.
Q: What is your lead time for stamped parts? A: Simple parts without tooling: 7 days. New tooling: 10–15 days including die design and tryout. For urgent orders, we can split shipment—send partial batch by air, rest by sea.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For automotive parts, we provide PPAP level 3 documents.
