Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We build the tooling to match it exactly.

Every stamped cable clamp and conduit clip is produced on high-speed presses with progressive dies. We verify critical dimensions before shipment using CMM inspection. No guesswork. No surprises.

At a glance: ±0.05 mm stamping tolerance, 15-day standard lead time, no MOQ, ISO 9001:2015 certified factory.

EV High Voltage Contactor Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot receives a unique batch number. Raw material heat numbers are recorded. Press parameters are logged. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact coil and shift. That is precision manufacturing you can audit.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report for every batch, not just the first article. We measure key characteristics like inner diameter, slot width, and spring-back angle. Reports are sent with the shipment or by email. No extra charge.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your cable clamp might need a spring insert or a machined mounting block. We do all of it under one roof. Fewer suppliers means shorter logistics, one quality standard, and one invoice. This is custom metal stamping simplified for engineers who value control.

Where these parts are used

Stamped cable clamps and conduit clips are small, but they hold critical systems together.

  • Automotive wire harnesses: Clips secure looms along chassis rails and inside dashboards. Vibration resistance is key. We use 65Mn spring steel for self-locking tension.
  • Industrial control cabinets: Conduit clips route cables through panels and enclosures. Zinc-plated SPCC resists corrosion in humid environments.
  • Home appliances: Washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators use stamped clamps to fix internal wiring. Our deburring process ensures no sharp edges cut insulation.
  • Solar and EV battery packs: Aluminum clamps with anodized finish provide lightweight, non-magnetic cable management. Tolerances hold up under thermal cycling.
  • Telecom racks: Spring-loaded conduit clips allow quick installation and release. We control the spring rate precisely to avoid over-stressing plastic housings.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept trial orders starting at 100 pieces. Tooling cost is quoted separately for new parts. For repeat orders, tooling is stored free for 5 years.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We build the die to your drawing, then run a first article. We measure it on a CMM and send the report. Production uses in-die sensors and periodic sampling. Final inspection covers 100% of critical dimensions for small batches, AQL sampling for large ones.

Q: What is your lead time for stamped parts? A: Standard tooling is 7–10 days. Production is 5–8 days after you approve the first article. For urgent orders, we can rush tooling in 3 days and production in 2 days. Ask us when you send the drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material coil, plus our own incoming inspection report. If you need RoHS or REACH declarations, we include them with the batch documents.

Send your drawing

We quote within 12 hours. Send your 2D or 3D file, material spec, and quantity. We will confirm tolerances, surface finish, and tooling cost.

This is made in China precision manufacturing, but with engineer-to-engineer communication. No middlemen. No language barriers.
