A: We use precision-ground progressive dies and high-rigidity presses. After the first 50 parts, we run a full CMM inspection. During production, we check critical dimensions every 2 hours with a digital micrometer and height gauge. The final report is included in your shipment.
Q: What is the real lead time for custom metal stamping?
A: Prototype tooling (simple die) takes 5-7 days. Production tooling (progressive die) takes 15-20 days. Once the die is approved, first articles ship in 3-5 days. For repeat orders with existing tooling, we ship in 7 days. We quote exact dates before you commit.
Q: Can you provide material certificates for made in China stampings?
A: Absolutely. Every coil we use comes with a mill test certificate. We attach the certificate to your batch report. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TUV), we arrange it at cost. Traceability is non-negotiable for precision manufacturing.
