A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines. After machining, we verify critical dimensions on a CMM (accuracy ±0.002 mm). Every batch gets a full inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we rework or scrap it—never ship it.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining?
A: Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and material. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% in 5 days. We quote realistic dates and hit them.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for all metals, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full traceability with heat numbers and batch records.
