Opening

Your conveyor system is only as reliable as its rollers. We machine them to your drawing, not to a catalog standard. Every part is verified before shipment. If the print says ±0.01 mm, you get ±0.01 mm. If it says Ra 0.8, you get Ra 0.8.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm achievable (standard ±0.01 mm)
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: one piece or one million, same process control
  • Materials: aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, POM, nylon
  • Inspection: 100% critical dimensions, full report per batch

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC lines. You send the drawing. We send back parts that drop into your assembly without rework.

Custom CNC Machined Knurled Knobs & Handles

We hold tolerances on shaft diameters, bore concentricity, and face runout. For rollers, that means less vibration, longer bearing life, and consistent tracking on your line.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat number, every batch, every operator. We assign a unique job number to your order. That number follows the material from the saw to the CMM. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact machine, tool, and operator shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured 100%. Non-critical features are sampled per AQL 2.5. The report lists actual values, not just pass/fail. Your QC team can file it without re-measuring. That saves you hours per order.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your conveyor roller might need a CNC-machined shaft, a stamped end cap, a compression spring for tensioning, and a heat sink for a motor drive. We do all four in-house. You deal with one engineer, one shipping dock, one invoice. Fewer vendors means fewer tolerance stack-ups and fewer delays.

Where These Parts Are Used

CNC machined conveyor rollers are not just for warehouses. They go into:

  • Food processing lines: stainless rollers with Ra 0.4 finish, washdown-safe, no crevices for bacteria.
  • Automotive assembly: precision rollers for belt conveyors carrying engine blocks. Tolerances hold alignment under 500 kg loads.
  • Pharmaceutical packaging: small-diameter rollers (20 mm) with POM inserts for quiet, clean operation.
  • Airport baggage handling: long rollers (up to 1500 mm) with hard-anodized surfaces for wear resistance.
  • Mining and bulk handling: heavy-duty steel rollers with ground bearing seats, rated for continuous 24/7 operation.
  • Printing and paper: lightweight aluminum rollers with dynamic balancing for high-speed web transport.

We also machine custom rollers for OEMs who need non-standard diameters, keyways, or threaded ends. If your conveyor has a special requirement, we build to that spec.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype for validation or 100,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but the setup cost is the same. For small batches, we combine multiple parts on one fixture to keep your cost down.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines. After machining, we verify critical dimensions on a CMM (accuracy ±0.002 mm). Every batch gets a full inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we rework or scrap it—never ship it.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and material. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% in 5 days. We quote realistic dates and hit them.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for all metals, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full traceability with heat numbers and batch records.

Send Your Drawing

Stop guessing if a factory can hold your tolerance. We will tell you in 12 hours—firm quote, not a range. Send your drawing in PDF, STEP, or IGES format. We will review the material, tolerances, and quantity, then get back to you with a price and lead time.

No MOQ. No minimum order quantity. Just precision manufacturing, made in China, verified before shipment. Your drawing is the only thing we need to start.
