1. Batch-traceable quality. Every part gets a unique serial number. We track material heat number, machine operator, tool path, and inspection results in our ERP system. If a problem appears at your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact batch and machine in minutes. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send you a full inspection report with every shipment. Critical dimensions are measured on a CMM and reported with actual values, not just pass/fail. You get the data before the parts arrive. This saves you from doing incoming inspection on every lot.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your medical device may need a machined titanium housing, a stamped bracket, a compression spring, and a heat sink. Q: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We machine one prototype for you to validate, or we run 100,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with volume, but the quality standard stays the same. No setup fee for the first order, either.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance on titanium? Titanium is springy and conducts heat poorly. That is why we use rigid 5-axis machines, carbide tooling with optimized geometry, and flood coolant. We also compensate for tool wear in the CAM program. After machining, we verify on a CMM and include the report. If we cannot hold your tolerance, we tell you before you order.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom part? Prototype: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and surface finish. We ship DHL or FedEx express, so you have parts in hand within 3–5 days after they leave our factory. Urgent orders can be expedited for a small fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. Every batch of titanium comes with a mill test report (EN 10204 3.1) and, if needed, a chemical composition analysis. For implantable parts, we can also provide biocompatibility documentation and traceability to the raw material heat.
