Your bracket is only as good as the last cut. That is why every CNC milled aluminum bracket we ship is machined to your exact drawing—not to a vague standard. We inspect 100% of critical dimensions before the parts leave our floor. You get a functional part, not a surprise.
When you send us your drawing, you get three things: a part that matches your CAD model, a quality report proving it, and a factory that stands behind it. We have run this CNC machining line for 20 years. We know what a good bracket looks like, and we do not ship anything less.
At a glance: Tolerance ±0.005 mm, 72-hour prototyping, no MOQ for samples. If you need one part to test, we make one part.
Our CNC milling line handles aluminum alloys from 6061-T6 to 7075-T6, plus stainless steel, brass, and engineering plastics. The table below shows what we can do. If your part needs something outside these ranges, ask. We have solved harder problems.
| Parameter | Capability |
|---|---|
| Materials | Aluminum 6061-T6, 7075-T6, 5052, stainless steel 303/304/316, brass, POM, Delrin |
| Machines | 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis CNC mills; 20+ units in-house |
| Tolerance | Standard ±0.01 mm, precision ±0.005 mm |
| Surface finishes | As-machined, anodizing (clear, black, hard coat), powder coating, bead blasting, passivation |
| Batch sizes | 1–100,000 pieces; no MOQ for samples, low MOQ for production |
| Lead time | Prototypes 72 hours, production 7–15 days depending on quantity |
| Max part size | 800 mm × 600 mm × 400 mm (larger on request) |
| Inspection | CMM reports, caliper checks, surface roughness tester, material certs |
1. Tolerance control that is batch-traceable. We do not just set the machine and walk away. Each batch gets a first-article inspection, in-process checks, and a final report. If a dimension drifts, we catch it before you do. Every part is traceable to its production run, so you know exactly what you are getting.
2. Inspection report per batch, free. You do not have to ask for it. Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report with measured values against your drawing. For critical brackets, we can include material certificates and hardness test data. No extra charge. This is how we keep engineers coming back.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your bracket does not exist in a vacuum. It mounts to a stamped plate, sits next to a spring, or needs a heat sink attached. We run all four lines under one roof. You send us one drawing package, and we coordinate the entire assembly. Fewer vendors, fewer handoffs, fewer excuses.
CNC milled aluminum brackets are structural workhorses. Here is where they show up in real products:
If your part carries a load, aligns a component, or holds something in place, it is a bracket. We machine it right.

Q: What is your real MOQ? A: Zero for samples. We will machine one piece to test fit and function. For production, we do not have a fixed minimum. If you need 50 pieces, we quote 50 pieces. If you need 50,000, we quote that too. The price per piece drops with volume, but the door is open at any quantity.
Q: Can you really hold ±0.005 mm on aluminum? A: Yes, on critical features like hole diameters and mating surfaces. We run 5-axis machines with thermal compensation and measure with a CMM. But be honest with yourself: ±0.005 mm is tight. If your design allows ±0.01 mm, you will get faster lead times and lower cost. We will tell you if a tolerance is over-specified.
Q: What is the lead time for a prototype? A: 72 hours from drawing approval for standard aluminum brackets. That includes machining and shipping prep. For complex parts with multiple setups or tight tolerances, add 1–2 days. We do not quote fake lead times. If we say 72 hours, it ships in 72 hours.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes, for every batch on request. We source aluminum from mills with full traceability. You get the cert with the inspection report. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full lot traceability and coating certifications.
Stop guessing. Send us your CAD file or PDF drawing. We will review the geometry, check for manufacturability, and send you a firm quote within 12 hours. Free, no obligation, no sales pitch.
We will tell you if your design has a problem before you cut metal. That is the value of 20 years of precision machining experience.
