Opening

Your robot arm only performs as well as its weakest link. We machine the links that hold your tolerances.

Send us your drawing. We cut aluminum to your exact specifications, verify every critical dimension, and ship only after inspection passes. No surprises. No guesswork.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on machined features
  • Prototype lead time: 72 hours from drawing approval
  • MOQ: none — order one piece or ten thousand

Specifications

We run a dedicated CNC shop for precision machining, not a job shop that fits you between other orders. Here is what your parts get:

ParameterCapability
Materials6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024, MIC-6 cast plate, 5083 marine grade
Machines3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis CNC mills; CNC lathes with live tooling
Tolerance±0.005 mm standard; ±0.002 mm on request for critical bores
Surface finishAs-machined 3.2 µm Ra; optional anodize (clear, black, hard coat), bead blast, powder coat
Batch size1 to 100,000+ pieces; no MOQ for prototypes or production
InspectionCMM full report per batch; material certs with every shipment
Secondary opsTapping, threading, press-fit inserts, laser engraving, deburring

Custom CNC Milled Aluminum Brackets

Aluminum is our default for robot arms because it gives you the best stiffness-to-weight ratio. We also machine stainless steel, titanium, and brass if your design calls for it.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable tolerance. Every part carries a unique serial number. We record tool offsets, machine ID, and operator for each batch. If a dimension drifts, we know exactly when and where. You get a digital traceability file with your shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just say "it's within tolerance." You receive a CMM report listing every measured feature against your GD&T callouts. For critical robot joints, we include a 100% inspection of bore diameters and parallelism. If it fails, we re-machine it at no cost.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your robot arm is not just machined parts. It has brackets, springs, and thermal management. We run all four lines under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordinating three suppliers and hoping they align.

Where these parts are used

Our customers build and repair industrial robots, collaborative arms, and automated inspection systems. Here are real applications from the last 12 months:

  • 6-axis articulated arm links — 7075-T6 aluminum, 5-axis machined, black anodized. Used in a palletizing robot running 20 hours/day.
  • End-effector mounting plates — 6061-T6, ±0.01 mm flatness, tapped holes for pneumatic grippers.
  • Reducer housing adapters — precision machined to fit harmonic drive units, with dowel pin holes at ±0.005 mm.
  • Sensor brackets for vision-guided robots — lightweight, thin-wall design, bead blasted to reduce glare.
  • Custom wrist housings — 4-axis machined, internal coolant channels, hard anodized for wear resistance.

These parts go into automotive assembly lines, electronics pick-and-place machines, and medical device handling systems. If your robot moves, we can machine the metal that makes it move accurately.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: No MOQ. We prototype one piece and scale to production runs. Many customers start with a single validation part, then order 500 or 5,000 after testing.

Q: Can you hold ±0.005 mm on a 300 mm long arm? A: Yes, but we need to see the full drawing. Long parts require stress-relieved material and careful fixturing. We will flag any tolerance that is not achievable in aluminum and suggest a redesign if needed.

Q: How fast can I get parts? A: Prototypes in 72 hours after drawing approval. Production batches of 100–1,000 pieces typically ship in 10–15 working days. Rush service available for critical downtime repairs.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes, every shipment includes mill certificates for the aluminum batch. We also provide heat treatment reports if you specify T6 or T651 condition.
