Aluminum is our default for robot arms because it gives you the best stiffness-to-weight ratio. We also machine stainless steel, titanium, and brass if your design calls for it.

Every part carries a unique serial number. We record tool offsets, machine ID, and operator for each batch. If a dimension drifts, we know exactly when and where. You get a digital traceability file with your shipment.

A: Prototypes in 72 hours after drawing approval. Production batches of 100–1,000 pieces typically ship in 10–15 working days. Rush service available for critical downtime repairs.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes, every shipment includes mill certificates for the aluminum batch. We also provide heat treatment reports if you specify T6 or T651 condition.
