CNC Turned Precision Shafts – Made to Your Drawing, Verified Before Shipment

We machine your shafts exactly to your print. No interpretation, no shortcuts. You send the drawing; we handle the material, the tolerances, and the surface finish. Every part is checked against your specifications before it leaves our floor in Dongguan.

What you get: a precision shaft that drops into your assembly without rework. We include a full dimensional inspection report with every batch. If it doesn't match your drawing, we don't ship it.

At a glance: tolerance ±0.005mm, 72-hour prototyping, no MOQ for samples. One factory for CNC turning, milling, stamping, springs, and heat sinks.

Custom CNC Milled Aluminum Brackets

All custom parts are machined from certified raw material. We keep stock of common grades for 24-hour turnaround on material.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Tolerance control that is batch-traceable. We assign a unique lot number to every order. Each lot links to the machine, the operator, the tooling, and the inspection data. If you have a field failure, we can trace it back to the exact batch in minutes. This is precision machining with accountability, not just a promise.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a hard copy and a PDF with every shipment. The report lists all critical dimensions, actual measured values, and pass/fail status. No surprises at your receiving dock. Our QC team signs off on every part, not just a random sample.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your shaft might need a stamped bracket, a compression spring, or a heat sink for a motor controller. Instead of juggling three suppliers across different time zones, you send one drawing package to us. We coordinate the tolerances between parts, handle the finishes, and ship everything together. Fewer vendors, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Where These Parts Are Used

CNC turned precision shafts are not decorative pieces. They carry load, transmit torque, and maintain alignment in demanding environments.

  • Electric motors and servo drives: rotor shafts, output shafts, encoder shafts.
  • Pumps and hydraulic systems: piston shafts, valve spools, impeller shafts.
  • Automotive components: transmission shafts, steering columns, camshaft blanks.
  • Medical devices: surgical instrument shafts, implantable tool guides, dental handpiece components.
  • Aerospace and defense: actuator shafts, linkage pins, landing gear components (non-critical, non-certified).
  • Industrial automation: linear actuator rods, guide shafts, roller shafts for conveyors.
  • Consumer electronics: hinge pins, camera gimbal shafts, precision roller bearings.

If your application needs a cylindrical part with tight tolerances and a specific finish, this is the product.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ for CNC turned shafts? A: Zero. We have no MOQ for samples. Order one piece to validate your design. For production, we quote the same unit price whether you order 50 or 50,000. Our setup costs are transparent, not hidden in a minimum quantity.

Q: Can you hold ±0.005mm on a 50mm long shaft? A: Yes, on diameter and concentricity. Length tolerances are typically ±0.02mm unless you specify tighter. We use live tooling and in-process gauging to hold these numbers consistently. If you need ±0.002mm, we switch to grinding, and the price reflects the extra operation.

Q: What is your lead time for a prototype? A: 72 hours from drawing approval. That includes material sourcing, machining, inspection, and shipping preparation. For production runs, lead time is 7-15 days depending on quantity and surface treatment. We will confirm the exact date in your quote.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes, for every batch. We provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates for steel and stainless, and mill certificates for aluminum and copper. The certificates are included in the inspection report package. If you need third-party testing, we can arrange it at cost.
