Every part is machined on CNC lathes and machining centers. Threads are cut or rolled to class 2A/3A or your specified fit. Before shipment, each batch is verified. You get dimensional reports, material certs, and surface finish checks. No surprises.

1. Tolerance control that is batch-traceable. We do not rely on one setup and hope. Each operation is programmed, probed, and verified. Critical thread pitch diameter is measured with dedicated gauges. Every batch gets a unique lot number. If you need to trace a part back to its machining date and operator, we have the records.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to ask. Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. It lists measured values against your drawing callouts. If a dimension is out of spec, we flag it before shipping—not after you find it on your assembly line. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Most fastener suppliers only make fasteners. We also run metal stamping, custom springs, and heat sink lines. If your project needs a screw, a stamped bracket, a compression spring, and a heat sink, you get one quote, one quality system, and one shipping point. Fewer vendors, fewer delays, fewer arguments.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: No MOQ for samples. You can order one piece. For production, we suggest 100+ pieces to make shipping cost-effective. But we will quote 50 pieces if that is your need.
Q: Can you hold ±0.005 mm on a threaded part? A: Yes, on the major diameter and shank. Thread pitch diameter is held to class 2A/3A or your specified tolerance. We verify with calibrated thread gauges. If your drawing calls for tighter, we will tell you if it is feasible before quoting.
Q: What is your lead time for prototypes and production? A: Prototypes ship in 72 hours for standard materials like 6061 aluminum or 303 stainless. Production runs of 1,000 pieces typically take 10–15 working days. Complex geometries or exotic materials may add 3–5 days. We confirm the date in the quote.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill test certificates are included with every batch. We also provide heat treatment reports if required. For aerospace or medical, we can supply full traceability documentation.
