Opening

Your robot is only as accurate as the tool it carries. We machine end effectors to your exact drawing—no redesigns, no substitutions. Every part is verified on a CMM before it leaves our floor. You get a component that bolts on and works.

We have run a precision manufacturing shop in Dongguan for 20 years. Our CNC lines handle the tight tolerances and complex geometries that grippers, vacuum cups, and sensor mounts demand.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm (ISO 2768-fine on standard features)
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: order one piece or ten thousand
  • Inspection: full CMM report with every batch
  • Material certs: EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 available

Custom CNC Machined Furniture Brackets

We run 32 CNC machines in-house. Five are 5-axis. That means we cut undercuts and compound angles in one setup, not three. Fewer setups mean better repeatability on your critical mounting faces.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each end effector gets a unique serial number. We track every tool path, every operator, every inspection reading back to the raw material lot. If a part fails in your field test, we can tell you exactly which batch it came from and what we measured. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a full dimensional report with every shipment. It lists all critical features, measured values, and pass/fail against your GD&T. For production runs, we include SPC charts on key characteristics. Your incoming QC can skip the first-article inspection.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your end effector often needs a spring-loaded jaw or a stamped mounting bracket. Or it needs a heat sink for a servo motor. We do all four processes under one roof. You get one RFQ, one supplier, one shipping point. No chasing four vendors across time zones. This cuts your procurement time by weeks.

Where these parts are used

Our CNC machined end effectors go into real production lines, not just prototypes.

  • Pick-and-place grippers for electronics assembly. We machine the finger profiles to hold 0402 components without crushing them.
  • Vacuum end effectors for packaging. We bore the venturi channels and thread the vacuum ports to your spec.
  • Welding torch mounts for robotic arms. We hold the torch angle to ±0.05° so your weld seam stays consistent.
  • Collaborative robot (cobot) tool changers for automotive lines. We machine the quick-release coupling faces to a flatness of 0.005 mm.
  • Inspection probes for metrology stations. We make the stiff, low-mass housings that keep your CMM repeatable.
  • Medical device handling in cleanrooms. We machine PEEK and 316L stainless parts that survive autoclaving.

These are functional parts. They see thousands of cycles per day. We design the machining strategy around fatigue life, not just cosmetic appearance.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one-off prototypes daily. The setup cost is quoted separately, but the unit price stays fair. If you need 5 pieces for a pilot line, we do that. If you need 50,000 later, we scale up without re-quoting the design.

Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? A: We machine to that tolerance on a 5-axis mill with thermal compensation. Then we verify on a CMM with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. If a feature is out of spec, we re-machine or scrap it. You get the report, not an apology.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days from drawing approval. Production runs of 100–1000 pieces ship in 15–25 days. We quote exact dates on your RFQ. Rush service is available for an additional charge.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 certificates for all metals. For aerospace or medical work, we can provide 3.2 certification with independent inspection. All materials are traceable to the mill.

Send your drawing

Stop waiting on slow quotes from multi-layer suppliers. Send us your STEP or PDF file. We will review the geometry, suggest machining improvements if needed, and send a firm quote within 12 hours.

We are a custom CNC machining factory made in China, but we operate on your schedule. No MOQ, no hidden tooling fees, no language barriers.
