1. Batch-Traceable Quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material lot, machine operator, and tooling used. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact batch and hour of production. No guesswork.
2. Inspection Report Per Batch You do not have to trust our word. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. We measure critical features on a CMM and record the values. You get PDF and Excel files with your parts. This is standard, not an extra-cost option.
3. One Factory for CNC + Stamping + Springs + Heat Sinks Your furniture bracket may need a stamped steel plate, a spring clip, or an aluminum heat sink for a built-in LED. Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece prototypes and scale to full production. The unit price drops as quantity increases, but we never force you to over-order.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We program the CNC machine from your 3D model, not from a 2D sketch. After machining, we measure critical dimensions on a CMM and include the results in the inspection report. If a part is out of spec, it does not ship.
Q: What is your lead time for CNC machined furniture brackets? A: Prototypes ship in 3–5 days. Production runs of 100–1000 pieces ship in 7–12 days. Larger orders are quoted individually. We use a 24-hour shift system to keep machines running.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for metals. We also provide heat treatment reports and surface finish certificates on request. All materials are sourced from certified mills.
