CNC Turned Precision Shafts

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-Traceable Quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material lot, machine operator, and tooling used. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact batch and hour of production. No guesswork.

2. Inspection Report Per Batch You do not have to trust our word. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. We measure critical features on a CMM and record the values. You get PDF and Excel files with your parts. This is standard, not an extra-cost option.

3. One Factory for CNC + Stamping + Springs + Heat Sinks Your furniture bracket may need a stamped steel plate, a spring clip, or an aluminum heat sink for a built-in LED. We do all four processes under one roof. This cuts your logistics cost, shortens your lead time, and puts one engineer in charge of your entire assembly. You deal with one quality system, one shipping document, one invoice.

Where These Parts Are Used

CNC machined furniture brackets are not just L-shaped steel. They are precision components for demanding applications:

  • Ergonomic office chairs: Tilt mechanisms and armrest brackets need tight tolerances to avoid wobble and premature wear. We machine aluminum brackets with bearing seats at ±0.01 mm.
  • Modular shelving systems: Corner connectors and shelf supports must align perfectly across multiple units. CNC machining gives you repeatable geometry for every unit.
  • High-end cabinetry: Hidden hinges and soft-close mechanisms require brackets with precise hole patterns and countersinks. We hold hole-to-hole spacing at ±0.02 mm.
  • Hospital and laboratory furniture: Stainless steel brackets must resist chemicals and frequent cleaning. We machine 316L and passivate the surface for corrosion resistance.
  • Retail display fixtures: Heavy glass shelves need brackets with exact load-bearing geometry. We machine 6061-T6 aluminum and anodize for both strength and a clean finish.
  • Adjustable standing desks: Lift columns and crossbars use CNC machined brackets with threaded holes. We tap threads to class 2B and verify with go/no-go gauges.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece prototypes and scale to full production. The unit price drops as quantity increases, but we never force you to over-order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We program the CNC machine from your 3D model, not from a 2D sketch. After machining, we measure critical dimensions on a CMM and include the results in the inspection report. If a part is out of spec, it does not ship.

Q: What is your lead time for CNC machined furniture brackets? A: Prototypes ship in 3–5 days. Production runs of 100–1000 pieces ship in 7–12 days. Larger orders are quoted individually. We use a 24-hour shift system to keep machines running.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for metals. We also provide heat treatment reports and surface finish certificates on request. All materials are sourced from certified mills.
