Opening

Your gimbal design deserves better than a prototype shop. We machine drone gimbal parts directly from your STEP or IGES file. No redrawing, no interpretation guesswork. We verify every critical dimension before the parts leave our floor.

At a glance: ±0.005 mm tolerance on machined features, 3-day lead time for standard aluminum parts, no MOQ, full material certification. Made in China, engineered for global OEMs.

Precision CNC Machined Dental Implant Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material heat number, machine operator, tooling, and inspection results against that number. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact billet and setup. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship blind. Each batch goes through a first-article inspection (FAI) and a final inspection. You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail tick. For critical gimbal axes, we include runout and concentricity data. If you need PPAP level 3, we can do that too.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your gimbal assembly is not just machined parts. It has stamped shims, coil springs for damping, and maybe a heat sink for the motor driver. We run all four lines under one roof. No multi-vendor coordination, no shipping delays between suppliers, no tolerance stack-up arguments. You send one drawing package, we deliver a complete sub-assembly.

Where these parts are used

  • Camera gimbals for drones (3-axis stabilization): Roll, pitch, and yaw arms machined from 7075-T6 for stiffness-to-weight ratio. We hold ±0.01 mm on bearing seats to ensure zero play.
  • Industrial inspection drones: Payload mounts and sensor brackets requiring vibration damping. We machine spring pockets and threaded inserts for elastomer isolators.
  • Agricultural spray drones: Gimbal housings exposed to chemicals. We use 6061-T6 with hard anodize (50 µm) for corrosion resistance.
  • Delivery drones: High-volume gimbal arms where weight is critical. We use CNC machining with thin-wall features down to 0.8 mm wall thickness, then T6 temper.
  • Racing/FPV drones: Small, complex gimbal parts with M1.6 threads and 0.5 mm slots. Our Swiss-type lathes handle these without burrs.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine a single prototype for testing or a million pieces for production. Tooling is standard, so there is no setup cost penalty for small batches. Your first order can be one piece.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines, then verify with a Zeiss CMM. For gimbal parts, we check bore concentricity, surface finish, and thread position. Every batch gets a dimensional report. If a part is out of spec, we scrap it—we do not ship "close enough."

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype (1-10 pieces): 3-5 working days. Production (100+ pieces): 10-15 working days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 48 hours for simple aluminum parts. We quote lead time based on your actual geometry, not a generic promise.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and compliance documents? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for all metals, RoHS and REACH declarations, and ISO 9001:2015 quality system documentation. For aerospace or medical gimbal parts, we can provide full traceability from billet to finished part.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing if your gimbal parts will fit. Send us your STEP file, PDF drawing, or even a hand sketch. We will review the geometry, suggest material and tolerance improvements, and give you a firm quote within 12 hours.

Precision manufacturing is not a slogan. It is a process. We verify, measure, and document every part we ship. Your gimbal will perform as designed—or we will not ship it.
