1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We track raw material heat numbers, tool wear logs, and operator sign-offs. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact machine, tool, and shift. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.
2. Inspection report per batch – free. We don’t just sample. We measure critical features on 100% of parts when tolerance is under ±0.01 mm. For standard tolerances, we use AQL 2.5 sampling. You receive a PDF report with CMM points, surface roughness values, and thread gauges results. No extra charge.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We run single-piece prototypes for design validation and scale to thousands for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we don’t penalize you for ordering one part.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? We use temperature-controlled machining (20±1°C) and in-process probing. After machining, we verify on a Zeiss CMM with a calibrated probe. If a feature is out of spec, we rework or scrap it—never ship it. The inspection report shows actual measured values.
Q: What is your real lead time for a custom gripper part? For a standard aluminum part with 2–3 operations, we ship in 7 days. Complex 5-axis parts with tight tolerances take up to 12 days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 72 hours for an additional 20% surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for metals and FDA-grade certificates for plastics. Each batch’s certificate is linked to the job number for full traceability.
