Precision CNC Machined Robot Arm Parts Aluminum

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each housing gets a unique job number. We track every tool path, every operator, every inspection result. If a part fails, we know exactly when and where. You get a complete traceability record with your shipment. No mystery. No "we think it's fine."

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just say "it's good." We prove it. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. Critical features are measured on a CMM. Surface finish is checked with a profilometer. Material hardness is verified. You can hand this report to your QC team and they will sign off without a second look.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Most suppliers make you juggle three or four vendors. We do not. Our Dongguan factory has four production lines under one roof: CNC machining, metal stamping, precision springs, and heat sinks. Your housing, its mounting brackets (stamped), its compression springs, and its cooling solution—all from one source. Fewer purchase orders. Fewer shipping delays. One accountable partner.

Where These Parts Are Used

Aerospace housings are structural and protective enclosures. They hold sensors, electronics, and mechanical components in harsh environments.

Flight control systems. Housings for actuators and servo mechanisms. They must hold tight tolerances under vibration and temperature swings.

Avionics enclosures. EMI-shielded housings for radar, communication, and navigation modules. Aluminum 6061-T6 is common here—light, strong, easy to anodize.

Engine sensors. Titanium housings for temperature and pressure probes near the engine. They need high heat resistance and corrosion protection.

Satellite components. Small, precise housings for attitude control and power regulation. Weight is critical. We machine thin walls down to 0.5 mm without distortion.

Drones and UAVs. Lightweight aluminum housings for gimbals, flight controllers, and battery management systems. Custom CNC machining keeps weight low and strength high.

Hydraulic and pneumatic valves. Stainless steel housings for landing gear and brake systems. They must seal perfectly under high pressure.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: Zero. We machine one prototype or a full production run. No minimum quantity. Prototypes are machined on the same 5-axis equipment as production parts, so the quality is identical.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We work to your GD&T. Our machinists are trained on ISO 2768 and ASME Y14.5. Every critical dimension is verified on a CMM. We send you the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Standard production is 10–15 working days from drawing approval. Rush orders for prototypes can ship in 5 working days. We quote exact lead time with your order confirmation—not a vague estimate.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for metals. We also provide heat treatment and surface finish reports if required. All certificates are included with the shipping documents.
