1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We track material heat number, tool wear data, and operator initials. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact shift and machine. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) report with every shipment. We measure critical dimensions on a Zeiss CMM and provide PDF plus Excel data. For production runs, we include SPC charts showing process capability (Cpk > 1.33).

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We machine one part for a hobbyist or 50,000 parts for an OEM. The unit price drops with quantity, but the setup fee stays fixed. For one-off parts, expect a $50–$150 setup charge depending on complexity.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm? A: We use in-process probing on every critical feature. After machining, we verify on a Zeiss CMM. The inspection report is included free. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at no cost—we do not ship nonconforming parts.
Q: What is the actual lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 3 business days via DHL or FedEx. Production runs (100+ pieces) ship in 10–15 days. For urgent jobs, we can run a 24-hour express service at 1.5x the standard rate.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill test certificate from the material supplier. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For aerospace or medical applications, we can supply full traceability documentation.
