We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Twenty years on the floor. CNC machining is our core line, alongside metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Aerospace-grade aluminum and titanium are daily materials here.

Every part is machined from certified bar stock or forged billet. We do not use recycled material for aerospace work unless you explicitly specify it. Chip control, tool wear monitoring, and in-process probing are standard on our 5-axis cells.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. That number follows the material cert, the machine program, the operator log, and the inspection report. If a part fails in the field, you can trace it back to the exact heat of aluminum and the exact tool path. We keep records for ten years.
2. Inspection report per batch, not per order. You do not get one PDF for a whole order. You get a report for every batch we ship. That report includes CMM dimension data, surface finish readings, and material certs. If you need FAI per AS9102, we do that too. No extra charge for standard reports.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your assembly might need a machined housing, a stamped bracket, a spring latch, and a heat sink. Most suppliers make you juggle four vendors. We machine, stamp, form, and assemble under one roof. Fewer handoffs, fewer tolerance stack-ups, one shipping address. That is real cost savings, not a marketing line.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype part with the same setup care as a 10,000-piece production run. The cost per part is higher for small batches, but the quality system is identical. No minimum, no setup fee hidden in the unit price.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to our interpretation. In-process probing catches drift before parts go out. Every batch gets a CMM inspection report. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap it before shipping. You will never receive a part that is "close enough."
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production runs ship in 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. For urgent jobs, we can split the batch and airfreight the first portion. Tell us your deadline when you send the drawing.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material, traceable to the heat number. For titanium, we provide mechanical property test reports. For aluminum, we provide chemical composition certs. All documents are in English.
