We hold tight tolerances on valve seats, stems, and bodies. Our 5-axis machines handle complex port geometries in one setup. That means fewer errors and better concentricity.
2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust us. We send a full dimensional report with every shipment. Critical dimensions are measured on a CMM. Threads are checked with go/no-go gauges. Surface finish is verified with a profilometer. You see the data before you see the parts.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your valve assembly might need a machined body, a stamped diaphragm plate, a spring, and a heat sink for the actuator. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order. One quality system. No coordination headaches between suppliers.
These parts fail if they are wrong. That is why buyers choose custom CNC machining from a factory that verifies everything.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines. After machining, we inspect on a CMM and document every critical dimension. You receive a PDF inspection report with the shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for a typical order? A: Standard lead time is 10–15 working days after drawing approval and material confirmation. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5–7 days with a small surcharge. We quote exact lead time with your price.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for all metals. For special alloys like Inconel or Monel, we also provide heat treatment and hardness test reports.
