Precision CNC Machined Brass Valve Bodies

We hold tight tolerances on valve seats, stems, and bodies. Our 5-axis machines handle complex port geometries in one setup. That means fewer errors and better concentricity.

T

hree Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality Every part gets a unique batch number. We track material heat, machine operator, and inspection results from raw bar to finished piece. If you need to trace a part back to its melt, we have the paperwork.

2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust us. We send a full dimensional report with every shipment. Critical dimensions are measured on a CMM. Threads are checked with go/no-go gauges. Surface finish is verified with a profilometer. You see the data before you see the parts.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your valve assembly might need a machined body, a stamped diaphragm plate, a spring, and a heat sink for the actuator. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order. One quality system. No coordination headaches between suppliers.

W

here These Parts Are Used Our CNC machined valve parts go into equipment that works under pressure, temperature, and vibration.

  • Wellhead control valves: Stems and seats machined from 17-4PH stainless steel. They handle sour gas and high-pressure differentials.
  • Pipeline gate valves: Bodies and bonnets with NPT threads. We machine sealing surfaces to API standards.
  • Pressure relief valves: Trim parts with tight clearances. We hold concentricity within 0.01 mm so the valve reseats properly.
  • Subsea actuator components: 5-axis machined housings from Inconel. They resist seawater corrosion and extreme hydrostatic pressure.
  • Flow control chokes: Needle and seat assemblies with fine-pitch threads. Surface finish Ra 0.4 µm prevents erosion from abrasive fluids.
  • Hydraulic fracturing manifolds: High-pressure fittings and adapters from A105 carbon steel. We zinc-plate them for corrosion resistance on the pad.

These parts fail if they are wrong. That is why buyers choose custom CNC machining from a factory that verifies everything.

Q

uestions Buyers Ask Before Ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype or a full production run. Prototypes ship in 7–10 days. Production batches start after you approve the sample.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines. After machining, we inspect on a CMM and document every critical dimension. You receive a PDF inspection report with the shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace it at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time for a typical order? A: Standard lead time is 10–15 working days after drawing approval and material confirmation. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5–7 days with a small surcharge. We quote exact lead time with your price.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for all metals. For special alloys like Inconel or Monel, we also provide heat treatment and hardness test reports.
