At a glance: ±0.005 mm machining tolerance, 7-15 day lead time, no MOQ, ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Dongguan, China.

Precision CNC Machined Jewelry Clasps & Hooks

All parts are deburred and cleaned before packaging. We do not ship chips or sharp edges.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We record machine parameters, tool wear data, and operator IDs. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact shift and spindle. You get full traceability, not excuses.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional inspection report with every shipment. Critical features are measured and recorded. We include CMM data for complex geometries. You can skip incoming inspection if you trust our numbers – many customers do.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your pneumatic fitting might need a stamped bracket, a spring-loaded check valve, or a heat sink for a solenoid driver. We do all four in-house. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordinating multiple suppliers across time zones.

Where These Parts Are Used

CNC machined pneumatic fittings go into systems where leaks cost money or lives. Typical applications:

  • Automotive assembly lines – air cylinders, grippers, and vacuum generators
  • Medical devices – ventilator circuits, surgical tool air motors, dental compressors
  • Food & beverage packaging – pneumatic actuators for filling and capping machines
  • Semiconductor fab equipment – ultra-clean air fittings, vacuum chucks
  • Robotics – end-of-arm tooling air manifolds, quick-connect couplings
  • Heavy machinery – lubrication systems, air brakes, clutch actuators

We also machine custom fittings for R&D labs that need one-off geometries for prototype testing. No MOQ means you can validate a design with a single piece.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one piece for prototyping and 100,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with volume, but the quality standard stays the same. Many customers start with 5-10 pieces for testing, then scale up.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines and post-process CMM verification. For critical threads, we use thread gauges calibrated to NIST standards. Every batch ships with an inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at our cost – no arguments.

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes in 7 days, production runs in 15 days, plus shipping. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 3 days for simple geometries. We quote exact lead time with your drawing, not a generic promise.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and plating thickness verification. All materials are traceable to the original supplier. RoHS and REACH declarations are standard.
