Custom CNC Machined Brake Disc Rotor Parts

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material lot, machine operator, and tooling used. If a defect appears in the field, we trace it back to the exact batch and hour of production. You get full traceability from raw billet to finished part.

2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust our word. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. We measure critical features with a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) and record actual values. For tight tolerances, we provide a full FAI with pass/fail data per dimension. This saves your incoming QC team hours of work.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Most motorcycle parts are not just one machined piece. You need brackets, heat sinks, springs, and stamped plates. We run all four lines under one roof. No separate vendors. No shipping delays between suppliers. One purchase order, one quality standard, one responsible party. This cuts your lead time by 30–40% on multi-process assemblies.

Where These Parts Are Used

Our CNC machined motorcycle parts go into real, demanding applications:

  • Brake system components – caliper brackets, master cylinder adapters, banjo bolts. Machined from 7075-T6 for fatigue resistance.
  • Suspension linkage – dog bones, rocker arms, shock mounts. Precision tolerances keep bearing alignment true.
  • Engine covers and cases – clutch covers, stator covers, cam chain tensioner blocks. CNC machining gives a clean OEM+ look.
  • Handlebar and controls – levers, bar clamps, throttle housings. We hold ±0.02 mm on pivot holes for smooth action.
  • Exhaust hangers and brackets – stainless steel or titanium for heat resistance and vibration strength.
  • Electric motorcycle frames – motor mounts, battery box brackets, swingarm pivots. We machine to your exact geometry for EV conversions.
  • Custom racing parts – one-off sprocket carriers, steering dampers, footpeg rearsets. No MOQ means you can test a single prototype before committing to a run.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine 1 piece for prototyping. For production, we offer tiered pricing—the more you order, the lower the unit cost. Most buyers start with 5–10 pieces for testing, then scale to 500–5,000 for production.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to our interpretation. Our QC team checks every critical dimension. For tolerances tighter than ±0.01 mm, we use a CMM and provide a full inspection report. If a part fails, we re-machine it at no cost to you.

Q: What is the lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype (1–5 pieces): 7–10 days. Production (50+ pieces): 12–15 days. Add 2–3 days for anodizing or powder coating. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS—door to door from our factory in Dongguan.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a material certificate (EN 10204 3.1) from the mill. We also provide heat treatment certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance documents on request. This is standard for our automotive and aerospace clients.
