Opening

Your RF connector design, machined to print. We run your drawing through our CNC lathes and mills, then verify every critical dimension before the batch ships.

No guesswork. No surprises. You get parts that mate, thread, and perform on the first try.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for standard batches
  • No MOQ — prototype or 50,000 pieces, same process control
  • Material certs and full inspection report included per batch

Specifications

We machine RF connector parts from bar stock or near-net forgings. Our shop floor runs 24/5, with live tooling and sub-spindle machines for complex geometries in one setup.

ParameterCapability

Machines5-axis CNC mills, Swiss-type lathes, CNC turning centers with live tooling (up to 32 mm bar diameter)
Tolerance±0.005 mm on machined surfaces, ±0.01 mm on threads (class 2A/2B)
Surface finishRa 0.4 µm on sealing faces, Ra 0.8 µm standard, passivation or nickel/gold plating available
ThreadsInternal/external, metric, UNF/UNC, custom profiles per your print
Batch size1 to 100,000+ pieces, no MOQ
InspectionCMM, optical comparator, thread gauges, surface profilometer — report per batch
Lead time7 days for prototypes, 10–12 days for production runs

Custom CNC Milled Aluminum Brackets

All parts are deburred, cleaned, and individually checked for burrs on threads and sealing surfaces. We do not ship parts we would not assemble ourselves.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We track material heat number, machine operator, tooling, and inspection results. If a field issue appears, we trace it to the exact shift and bar stock in 30 minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. We measure critical features — pin depth, impedance-critical diameters, thread pitch — and send you the numbers. For high-frequency designs, we can add S-parameter testing on request.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your RF connector often needs a stamped outer shell, a spring contact, or a heat sink for high-power versions. Instead of juggling three suppliers, we machine the body and coordinate the other processes under one roof. One PO, one QC standard, one shipping date.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined RF connector parts go into systems where signal integrity and mechanical fit are non-negotiable.

  • Test and measurement: Precision SMA, N-type, and 2.92 mm connectors for calibration kits and VNA test cables. The mating face flatness and center pin concentricity directly affect return loss.
  • Telecom infrastructure: 4G/5G base station jumpers, remote radio head interconnects, and antenna feed networks. We machine brass bodies with tight thread engagement to prevent passive intermodulation (PIM) from loose joints.
  • Aerospace and defense: Lightweight aluminum or beryllium copper connectors for avionics, radar, and satellite payloads. We hold the tolerances needed for hermetic sealing and vibration resistance.
  • Medical devices: Miniature RF connectors for MRI coils and surgical navigation equipment. Our Swiss lathes hold ±0.005 mm on 2 mm diameter parts.
  • Industrial IoT: Rugged connectors for factory automation sensors and wireless gateways, where environmental sealing and repeated mating cycles matter.

If your part carries RF, DC, or signal — and needs to survive 500+ mating cycles — we can machine it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We machine one prototype or 50,000 pieces. The per-piece price drops with quantity, but the process control and inspection are identical. Many customers start with a 5-piece sample run to validate fit, then scale up.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the machine, then verify on a CMM and thread gauges after the batch is done. The inspection report lists every critical dimension with measured values. If any part is out of spec, we rework or scrap it before shipping — you never see it.

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes in 7 days, production runs in 10–12 days from drawing approval. For urgent needs, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% in 5 days. We quote the lead time in writing before you place the order.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical, we can also provide full traceability documentation and RoHS/REACH compliance statements.

Send your drawing

Send us your RF connector drawing or a rough sketch with critical dimensions. We will review the machinability, suggest minor design tweaks if they save cost, and give you a firm quote in 12 hours.

Precision manufacturing is our core — custom CNC machining, made in China, with no MOQ and no runaround.
