We do not outsource. All CNC machining, deburring, cleaning, and inspection happen in our own 8,000 m² facility. That means shorter lead times and fewer excuses.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every rotor gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, machine operator, tool offsets, and inspection results. If a problem appears on your line, we trace it to the exact batch and hour. No guesswork. No finger-pointing.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. You get a PDF with dimensional measurements, surface finish readings, and material certs for every batch. Critical dimensions are checked on a CMM with a resolution of 0.001 mm. If a value is out of spec, we reject the part before it ships. You will never see a non-conforming rotor.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your brake assembly may need a stamped backing plate, a return spring, or a heat sink for the caliper. We make all of them under one roof. You deal with one engineer, one invoice, one quality system. Fewer suppliers means fewer interface problems. We have done this for 20 years.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one prototype for testing or a full production run. The unit price for one piece is higher, but the quality and inspection are identical. No MOQ is our standard for custom CNC machining.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on the bore and friction faces? A: We hold ±0.005 mm on the bore and ±0.01 mm on bolt circles. Friction faces are flat within 0.02 mm. We verify with a CMM and a profilometer. If your drawing requires tighter, we can discuss grinding after CNC machining.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–10 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500+ pieces ship in 15–25 days, depending on material availability. We stock common aluminum and steel blanks to cut lead time.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material, plus our own hardness and chemical composition test results. For aerospace or automotive safety applications, we also provide PPAP documents on request.
