1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique lot number. Material heat numbers, machine operator, inspection records—all linked to that number. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back in minutes, not weeks.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Every shipment includes a dimensional report. Critical features are measured on a CMM. Hardness and surface finish are documented. You can skip incoming inspection if your QA allows it.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your gearbox shaft might need a circlip, a spring retainer, or a heat sink for the motor housing. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer logistics headaches, one point of accountability.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype shaft for a customer testing a new design. We also run 100,000 pieces for production lines. Our CNC machines are flexible. You pay for the parts, not for a minimum batch.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? A: We machine to the drawing, then measure. Critical diameters and runouts are checked on a CMM with a resolution of 0.001 mm. The inspection report is included with every shipment. If a part is out of spec, it does not leave the factory.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production batches in 10–14 days, depending on heat treatment and grinding steps. We quote a firm lead time with your price. We hit it—or we tell you before it slips.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for all raw materials. Heat treatment reports and hardness curves are available on request. All documents are in English.
