2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just sample. For production runs, we measure first-article dimensions 100% on critical features (bore diameters, shaft runout, mounting hole patterns). You receive a PDF report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your servo motor assembly might need a stamped lamination stack, a compression spring for the brake, or a heat sink for the drive electronics. We make all of these in-house. One purchase order, one shipping address, one quality system. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays.
In each case, the part must hold concentricity under load, resist vibration, and maintain dimensional stability over temperature swings. Our machining strategy – roughing with high-speed toolpaths, then finishing with controlled depth passes – minimizes residual stress and distortion.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines to correct tool wear in real time. After machining, we measure critical features on a CMM. If a part is out of spec, it is scrapped, not reworked. Our inspection report shows the actual measured values for each critical dimension.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes (1–10 pieces): 7–10 days. Production runs (100+ pieces): 15–25 days, depending on material and complexity. We can expedite to 5 days for an additional fee. We confirm the exact lead time within 12 hours of receiving your drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. For any metal alloy, we supply a mill test certificate (MTC) from the original material producer. We also keep a sample of each heat for 24 months. If your customer requires full traceability, we add it to the inspection report at no extra cost.
