Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines to correct tool wear in real time. After machining, we measure critical features on a CMM. If a part is out of spec, it is scrapped, not reworked. Our inspection report shows the actual measured values for each critical dimension.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining?
A: Prototypes (1–10 pieces): 7–10 days. Production runs (100+ pieces): 15–25 days, depending on material and complexity. We can expedite to 5 days for an additional fee. We confirm the exact lead time within 12 hours of receiving your drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. For any metal alloy, we supply a mill test certificate (MTC) from the original material producer. We also keep a sample of each heat for 24 months. If your customer requires full traceability, we add it to the inspection report at no extra cost.
