Your spline shaft drawing is the starting point. We machine it exactly to your print, then verify every critical dimension before shipment. No guesswork. No shortcuts.
This is custom CNC machining for engineers who need repeatable results. We do not stock standard blanks. Every shaft is cut, milled, or ground from raw bar stock to your spec.

All shafts are deburred and cleaned before packaging. We do not ship parts with sharp edges or residual coolant.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We record material heat numbers, tool wear data, and operator initials. If a problem appears at your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact machine and shift. This is precision manufacturing with a paper trail.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. It lists measured values for tooth profile, pitch diameter, runout, and surface finish. We also include material certificates and hardness test results. No extra charge.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your spline shaft might be part of a larger assembly. We also run metal stamping, spring winding, and heat sink production lines in the same facility. Send us the full BOM. We machine the shaft, stamp the brackets, wind the springs, and cut the heatsink—then ship everything together. One supplier, one invoice, one quality standard.
Custom CNC machined spline shafts appear in applications where torque transmission and positional accuracy matter.
In each case, the spline profile must engage smoothly under load. A 0.01 mm error in tooth spacing causes vibration, premature wear, or seizure. Our grinding and hobbing processes hold that tolerance consistently across the batch.

Q1: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We run one-off prototypes and million-piece production runs on the same machines. For a single piece, we charge a small setup fee. For 100 pieces or more, the per-unit price drops significantly. No minimum order quantity means you can test a design without committing to volume.
Q2: What tolerance and quality can you guarantee? Standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For spline shafts, we hold ±0.005 mm on tooth profile and pitch diameter. Every batch is inspected with a CMM and gear tester. We provide the report with shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost—including shipping.
Q3: What is your typical lead time? Prototypes: 7 working days after drawing approval. Production: 15 working days for batches up to 5,000 pieces. Larger orders are scheduled based on material availability. We stock common grades like 4140 and 1045 in bar form, so most orders start cutting within 48 hours.
Q4: Can you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material. If we perform heat treatment in-house, you get a hardness curve and case depth report. For critical aerospace or automotive applications, we also provide full traceability to the heat number.
Stop waiting for quotes from middlemen. Send your PDF or STEP file directly to our engineering team. We review the spline profile, suggest material and heat treatment options, and return a firm quote within 12 hours.
