Standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For spline shafts, we hold ±0.005 mm on tooth profile and pitch diameter. Every batch is inspected with a CMM and gear tester. We provide the report with shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost—including shipping.
Q3: What is your typical lead time?
Prototypes: 7 working days after drawing approval. Production: 15 working days for batches up to 5,000 pieces. Larger orders are scheduled based on material availability. We stock common grades like 4140 and 1045 in bar form, so most orders start cutting within 48 hours.
Q4: Can you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports?
Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material. If we perform heat treatment in-house, you get a hardness curve and case depth report. For critical aerospace or automotive applications, we also provide full traceability to the heat number.
