Q: What is your lead time?
Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and surface treatment. We can rush critical orders in 3–5 days for an expedite fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
Yes. We provide mill certificates for steel, stainless, and aluminum. We also provide heat treatment reports if required. Just specify your standard (ASTM, DIN, JIS, GB) on the drawing.
