We hold tight bore tolerances. We hold concentricity between the bore and the mounting face. We hold perpendicularity of the flange to the bore axis.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material heat numbers, tooling used, machine used, and operator. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact batch and correct it. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data for critical features. Surface finish readings. Material certificates if requested. We do not ship parts without verifying them.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your bearing housing might need a stamped cover plate, a spring retainer, or a heat sink for the motor it mounts to. We do all of it under one roof. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping address. You save logistics time and avoid tolerance stack-up between different suppliers.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We machine one prototype for you to test. Then we scale up to production. No minimum order, no setup fee for small quantities. You pay for the parts, not for the privilege of ordering.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We use CMM inspection on every critical dimension. For high-volume runs, we use SPC (statistical process control) to monitor drift. We also do first-article inspection before full production starts. You get the report with the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time? Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and surface treatment. We can rush critical orders in 3–5 days for an expedite fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We provide mill certificates for steel, stainless, and aluminum. We also provide heat treatment reports if required. Just specify your standard (ASTM, DIN, JIS, GB) on the drawing.
