All parts are deburred and cleaned before packing. We keep your revision history for reorders – same part, same quality, every time.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We record material lot, machine used, operator, and inspection results. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact heat and shift. You get a PDF report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. No "trust us" – we send actual data. Dimensional reports, surface finish readings, and material certifications. For critical agricultural parts (gears, housings, linkage pins), we include CMM coordinate results. You can verify without unboxing a single part.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run 1-piece prototypes and 50,000-piece production runs on the same machines. Small batches cost a bit more per piece, but you pay no setup fee.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every batch – first article, in-process checks, and final CMM report. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost. You receive the inspection report with the shipment.
Q: What is your standard lead time? A: Prototypes in 5–7 days. Production parts in 10–15 days after you approve the quote and send the PO. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an extra charge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill test certificates for steel and stainless, and composition reports for aluminum and brass. We also provide heat treatment certs if required. Just note it on your drawing.
